There isn't a "final conclusion," we are waiting for some form of calculation. It's a very difficult feat to calculate.
It seems the timeframe is either 0.0013 seconds or 0.000013 seconds.
The result was estimate by a calc member to "easily" reach MFTL using the 0.0013 second timeframe.

So from what I get it they need a whole team just to hold "God" back who appears to be dead/sealed/weakened/whatever. And once Blast wasn't there a few seconds "God" managed to create Psykorochi, Sage Centipede, ENO and still had enough strength to give Tatsumaki a power-up. "God" is crazy powerful
And Blast's talk about resisting makes it seem like "God" is supposed to have some kind of Emphatic/Mind Manipulation.

I think Vibe got his stopwatch wrong. As the time units would not jump from whole seconds to milliseconds. It's missing deci and centi seconds.

My advice: play around with the filter in Photoshop. Make a negative effect so that the white lines become black. They will be easier to see.
