I just watched it, and while I'm not surprised by the outcome... did they just not mention the Phoenix Space or "God" at all? Nor any of the Murata statements about Sub-light speed and Saitama?

I must have missed something, because those are very weird things to leave out because they might best quantify Saitama's strength

An actually solid and mostly accurate Death Battle, at least for Saitama's side (can't comment on Popeye cause I know barely anything other than him being an actual gag character). Thought they'd probably wank Saitama to infinity, but they didn't, and actually made almost only points that I agree with about him. Only thing I was hesitant towards was their argument with Saitama's Serious Punch and CSRC. Overall I'm impressed with them this time.

I think it's odd that they didn't mention them, but not that big a deal. Phoenix Space is hardly relevant as that doesn't constitute anything for Saitama's physical strength, and God has almost no feats, nor does Saitama even scale to him yet, although he very likely will be above him, of course. They did actually mention Geryu having sub-rel attacks and those being nothing to Saitama, but they could've gone more in depth on his speed, but it wouldn't matter seeing as they mentioned an immeasurable speed feat for Popeye.

Sub-light speed Geryuganshoop was mentioned but Phoenix Space and God weren’t (breaking into Phoenix Space isn’t quantifiable and God is featless + Saitama hasn’t interacted with him so eh).

Eh, not like Saitama would have won this matchup unless ONE changed drastically and turned Saitama into a super haxed Isekai protagonist.
He isn't beating Popeye without getting a way to incap him permanently or Low-godly negation. He could be High 3-A by wanked limiter interpretation and the best you could say is stalemate popeye if you assume his transmutation hax is temporary or only works based on being stronger.

I mean i guess you are right. They might have just gone "Yeah theres no way Saitama gets this haxxed, might as well put em in now".

with this so to say murata motivation...in what way could garou vs saitama one up boros vs saitama that still goes by murata not doing a huge feat that scales garou many times higher than boros.

here's the thing, there's a reason so many of the big feats from top tiers were High 6-A. Because stuff that results in High 6-A is kinda where you hit the limit in regards to what is possible to show visually without ******* up the setting your characters are in, assuming they stay on one planet. There's no way Murata redid Orochi thinking it was more impressive than anything else in the series by far, hell Psykorochi's feat was far more visually impressive. So unless it results in something cosmic, like them moving to another planet in the solar system or something, High 6-A is kinda the max in regards to general flashiness that can happen with Garou vs Saitama, with Orochi's feat being high just cause of m a t h Murata would have no way to know of

At least that's my thoughts at the moment

Completely agree. One way i can see them going around this is God makes a pocket dimension with stars in it and fights Saitama there. We've already seen God sitting inside a pocket dimension/separate space before so why the hell not.
