Some of the list I can understand because the people voting are casual anime fans, not vs debaters in any regard, and it's obviously more of a popularity poll than a strength poll, regardless of what the title is, but how tf do people rate Levi at that level? Even if we wank Levi to the highest degree without getting blatantly unreasonable, he'd still get curbstomped by over half of, if not the entire the list. And I completely cannot understand how they put him above Goku and Zeno. Are they just trolling the poll or something? You also have Saitama, who, while not actually TOO impressive when going off of feats and such, is typically viewed as having gag powers and some degree of infinite power or whatever by casual fans, the kind of people who'd be voting on that sort of poll in the first place.

I believe it isn't man, I guess it's movement, reaction and combat speed, or do we assume Saitama can go anywhere on the Planet in less than a second ? Might not scale to Travel speed

Travel speed and movement speed are two different things afaik. Also Saitama doesn't have flight, he can only jump ridiculously long distances.
