this here is saitama's stats going up DURING garou copying. As in, he hadn't even finished the process.
it then continous to go up and up, in the aforementioned timeframe. The fact that its increasing means time is passing, but compared to the exponential growth, garou's copying is literally frozen.
How fast is garou supposed to be copying again?

Istantaneous, and Garou has also his own exponential growth, Saitama's exponential growth is just so fast that the moment Garou copies+evolves Saitama ha already reached a power so big to be unconceivable to Garou, he does not know how much stronger Saitama is anymore, he could be 1000×, 10000000×, 100000000000×, he does not know, he only knows Saitama can surely oneshot him
