No idea, but vaguely really strong. It seems like the manga might expand on the lore of the Dragon, and it might possibly be related to God, so it could be really, really strong. Or it might not be.

Enough to be a world ending threat in a world where heroes of the caliber of Tatsumaki could have existed in the past as well as the Saints being terrified of it awakening despite the HA and Tatsumaki's existence
