It does look like a pre-animated scene, given we don't hear the actual dialogue or music in the scene and because of how cinematic it is, but it would be dumb to trust random people on reddit or an image board.
I think it's actually supposed to be like that (minus some cinematic changes for the trailer) since the whole sequence plays out without battle sfx as Genus explains the limiter in the manga

This is me, staring at the infinity and beyond.

how far can the human eye see?
Less a matter of that and what light we are capable of perceiving. All vision is based on light. If there was no light we'd effectively be blind. But if you mean range of perception, like reading something from afar or whatnot, the best recorded eyesight's iirc is stuff like perceiving and differentiating multiple people from a whole mile away. I'm lucky to have 20/20 vision. I can easily recognize people from hundreds of feet away.

Going by the index the volume ends at chapter 151 "The Greatest Obstacle" with King about to face off with the Cadres

The bonus chapter will apparently be about King according to Google Lens "Extra edition [King's style] 194 [The biggest wall]"

Anyway, I think Flashy Flash should get Instinctive Reaction as he was trained to fight without relying on his sight and some kind of resistance to Genjutsus
And what does fighting without relying on vision and resisting genjutsu have to do with instinctive reaction, which is the ability to act without the need for conscious thought?
