I think we can use angsizing to find blackhole's size. It should be reasonable to assume that it is at least 3.5 km away (Tsar bomb's fireball radius)

It's worth noting that Blast was completely bloodlusted against the Ninja Village and slaughtered everyone, despite them having a graduating age of 16.
