It's just another manga and webcomic difference. In the webcomic he was thanking Saitama for giving him the push Garou needed to become Absolute Evil. In the manga, it was God who did so.

I hope Garou uses his energy hax with martial arts. Like the nuclear fission move is cool and all but it would be cooler if it looked like Garou is doing some crazy martial art stance. Like how WSRCF and WWICF have their own unique stances and hand motions.
