Two things

• We don't need multiple calc members to accept a calc (although it does help). It's just that calc has made some edits and the usable end has not been confirmed yet.

• If Rover scales know that he won't get a hard rating. Like Elder Centipede he'd get a "possibly 7-A" rating. Only Orochi and GS are getting hard upgrade as it's known that they're above Goketsu via WoC and WoG.

With the way they treated the Metal bat fight, my biggest fear is if they don't even bother animating the clouds, or make it just a single small one in the center.

Anime can be used for time-frames or better reference if it doesn't deviate from the source material. So as long as its the same or very similar it can be used.

well yea if Z city is really country sized, than her lifting strength should get upgraded.

None of the cities are country sized. Boros's ship blew up 99.8% of City A, Beefcake outright destroyed two cities (one by just falling), City Z is surrounded by a ton of forests, in the Webcomic we can see massive gaps between the cities, and various other smaller towns exist in the world.

At most the Cities are just large capitals for that particular region.
