At least 7-C probably. Since his only scaling is being casually foddered by CE's backpack.
 
So at least 7-C+ likely/possibly High 7-C for Phoenix Man and Child Emperor w/ gears right? Or should Child Emperor w/ gears be straight up High 7-C for fodderizing Phoenix Man.
 
To be fair, Garou was weakened further than in his fight against Genos by Bang. Him scaling somewhat to post G4 Genos isn't concrete.
 
Intuitively I agree with Gyro, PM's initial form did not seem that powerful. He acted more like a scouter/messenger more than anything
 
@Gyro Well to be fair Garou also got even stronger during his fight with Bang and Bomb. So he was both stronger and more weakened than when he fought the heroes and Genos.
 
I don't think simply knocking them down would be good justification for scaling. It looked more like they were simply caught off guard and didn't have time to brace themselves, much in the same way monsters significantly weaker than Saitama can knock him down.
 
Basically yeah, the armor set he performed the 7-C+ feat in was the one directly succeeding the one he had in his initial appearance. It was obviously weaker but by how much is unknown. The most I can say is that he'd have to be 9.2x weaker to not qualify for 7-C, I doubt the gap is that large.

What does BoS stand for by the way?
 
murata did an excellent job on showing just how hopeless and terrifying it is to fight black sperm. theres practically a zero percent chance at winning unless you're tatsumaki, metal knight, garou, boros, or saitama

**** it Suiryu, Fubuki, Sonic and Mumen should become Saitama's disciples at this point.
 
TK feat is just lifting strength. No need to include it in AP upgrades.
 
7-C still. He doesn't scale to Genos directly and fought no one that would scale him to Genos.

And just so we're clear. Anyone who fought post HoE Genos gets pushed to high 7-C? Or not.

Mainly asking for Base Sea King and G4.
 
Post G4 yes, Post HoE is just "At least 7-C+" except for Hydrated DSK.
 
G4 for safety should be "At least 7-C, likely High 7-C" imo.
