No its totally relevant. Max did not tank anything. He was wounded heavily from a single attack and could barely move. Endure maybe, but tank implies that he shrugged it off.
Proof?
He gets punched into a building and nothing happens. Afterwards it shakes and it cuts away to the building falling over and Max thinking that he's breaking the building.

The only two punches he takes from DSK only knock him several feat through glass and through concrete

That first one literally shows him writhing in pain

and in the second, just straight up gets knocked out and heavily injured

DSK breaks the building in a seperate attack from the bottom level, and there's no indication that DSK hit Max anywhere near as hard as he did that building

Your point make no sense for me
He get up after getting punch by DSK and was able to continue fight,he may suffer from very intense pain- but he tank the attack,just because it didn't no sell the punch mean nothing-if he wasn't daruble enough his would simply explode
About you second point,pharpas that might be true,there is another translation which claim the punch was what responsible for the building's crush

He didn't tank it though. Not dying to a attack =/= tank. He was heavily damaged. The most you can say is that he endured itRyope said:

This is the fan Translation and it still says that the building was collapsing after Max was punched already.
He doesn't scale to the building being destroyed and he doesn't scale to the Low 7-C DSK. He just didn't die from one punch. It happens sometimes.

That's blatantly not what happened. The page showing Max writhing in pain didn't indicate that the building was collapsing until the Kanji that indicates shaking appears

There's a notable delay between being punched into the building and the building collapsing. Also he was punched through a window and the building collapsed from the ground floor. Its just not possible for the bunch to have caused the building to fall.
Lightning Max does not scale to the feat nor does he scale to DSK. He's multiple tiers lower than him.

True, but in this case he clearly tanked it. Had it been a weaker character and they'd be dead, or incapacitated.

Tank Top both appeared to have pulled his punch at the last second and wasn't even going for a full on punch at that point. It seems a little unquantifiable since we don't know how strong that punch was
