An average human is blessed with every power listed in the OP of this thread, with all the limitations that are attached.

Who is the strongest character they can beat?
Edit: To be clear, beat means "win", draw is excluded.

If we’re talking about mutual kills, probably anything, as this human would be omnipresent and prone to self destruction. This would include the other character, and you get the idea.

otherwise? a random tier 11 character or something

Ok so this guy has supernatural bad luck that causes earthquakes to split the ground under him, is a gaseous shape trapped inside a flask and will self destruct at the slightest touch, so I guess no one. Well, actually, if their self destruct is the same as electrode, it's a High 7-A explosion that doesn't kill the user, just knocks them out, so I guess they one-shot most characters short of those tiers.

Omnipresence? To maybe clarify: the powers that don't have a nomination for worst user yet aren't included. So Omnipresence shouldn't be in there.

And let's say proper wins, rather than draws. Because, yeah, self-destruction explosion is the obvious wincon otherwise.

Tbf, while they are fast to explode, they don't always immediately explode.

Not sure how you can make something like omnipresence shitty for example... But hmm, mostly anyone who doesn't have smurf AOE would be beatable as long as omnipresence would be a thing.

At the same time, using what is on the list... Meh, they're probably the ultimate glass cannon either way.

Don't they basically just kill themselves with all of those curses the Peasant from Undermine has, or if they just use any Hamon ability?
I mean they can revive themselves... If they can get someone to eat a cookie or have someone give them an immortality pill... Yeah, @Armorchompy kinda said that Miss Chalice's and Westley's resurrection are pretty much the same.

By a certain definition of "beat" a lot of people actually, Straizo's powerset lets them hit people with tier 8 attacks, and HDE does overtime 2-A destruction, both also just happen to kill them.

There's actually a really funny loophole here in that the Lord of Light's Avatar Creation only work on pre-existing statues of them, while Tiamat's Petrification causes her to turn to stone when she dies... so if we say that makes it count as a statue it'd allow them to possess it again and continue fighting.

A few other pretty useful things I see are Electrode's ability to self-destruct, which knocks them out but does have tier 7 AP (maybe that's not so bad, hm) and Trina's Rage Power, which is a legit boost and just comes paired with a skill issue that this character wouldn't necessarily have. Granted they do have 30000 curses so actually fighting might not be something they want.

Something you forgot:
  • Flight - Father (Fullmetal Alchemist) - Despite being gaseous in nature, Father is stuck inside his flask and will die if it's broken, as such this doesn't have any use.
An average human is blessed with every power listed in the OP of this thread, with all the limitations that are attached.
All the limitations.

Unless that Flask has High 7-A Durability, it'll break from the explosion, & our gaseous "human" will dissipate & die, no?
If it does have sufficient Durability, then I'm not sure the explosion can affect anything outside of the flask.

Oh also:
  • Summoning - Princess Elise - Can not control her summoning, which happens when she dies or despairs, and it just kills everyone, including her.

(& apparently, Iblis was sealed within Elise's soul, specifically, so I guess in this case, it's sealed into the "soul" of our "human", if that matters.)

If our "Human" dies, petrifies (Thanks, Tiamat!), makes petrification/statue of self into an Avatar (Thanks, Lord of Light!) of itself, does Elise's summong still happen?

Because if so, it then has to deal with Iblis, AKA, The Flames of Disaster.

I assume that if Iblis kills their opponent, but the "human" is already dead by then, we don't count it as their victory, right?

Yeah, it'll probably count as an inconclusive.
