Both get their full arsenals, Except for Bond's vehicles (I can change this to make it more fair if required)

Battle takes place in a populated city, with each of them on opposite sides (Because I'm unoriginal and can't think of conditions for it myself)

Spi: On hold

1-A Seduction: On hold

Seductive Stalemate: On hold

Yeah this was always a good match. Sadly I think Spy takes it purely because of AP and dura. TF2 is significantly high into 9-A. Not too high that it's a stomp, but high enough to the point that he takes it for these reasons. Arguably Bond's gadgets match Spy's and thermovision is a great counter to the Spy. But not enough for 1-A seduction to win
