That is not at all how blood vessels work. You can't really get to an open bloodflow from an ear without breaking something internal. Also, how exactly is he even getting in? A 10-C can still crush a bug.

He hasn´t done that as he never had the chance to... Fine, it´s OOC for him to do that sort of stuff in a match.

At least he can just use his gravity manip to incap him by forcing him to fall upwards.

It isn´t out of character, it´s just that it was just a gag that falls into his toon force, so he can do it if the situation calls for it.

Well, we don´t check if a character does X in a fight or not, especially if that´s never actually considered in the series itself, but rather if the character CAN do it in the first place and the limitations of it.
