Since the AP gap is like nothing (Actually might be in SpongeBob's favor), he would overwhelm and defeat aqua man with his wide variety of hax (Also time stop, but that might not be applicable).

aight but the problem i have is ion really see what hax he got here. he has abilites and attacks but not really any hax

Explosion Generation, Radiation manipulation, Organic Manipulation, and defensively he has forcefield creation and elasticity.

thats what I'm saying tho like most of those arent really hax, the exlosion is from a bomb, organic manipulation is just him shooting a small ball of goo, and the radiation manipulation dont even seem like it would be too much of a issue unless the fight goes on for a long time.
also theres his mind manip that can mess up spongebob. might not be easy but it can still effect him

Explosions won’t help due to aqua man’s heat resistance. Organic manip is just a goo a projectile. His radiation manip also doesn’t seem very powerful.

Still would be a helpful as a distraction to get extra attacks in.
It would still be useful against Aquaman to potentially weaken him over the course of the fight.
