[SPOILER] Pokémon SW/SH Thread 3: Ruby and Sapphire... oh wait! [SPOILER]

Honestly loving Calyrex. The twitter memes are great and it's design is just so goofy. It look like a small, disheveled rabbit/deer that's just apathetic as all hell and I love it.

What is the point of stretching its long tail out and hold it straight to form a pillar when enemies can as well attack its tail which forms the pillar? Also how to protect from being attacked right underneath?
It boosts its range.

A hundred legs support its startling speed
The number of segments in Centiskorch's body increases due to the influx of Gigantamax power, as does the number of its legs—there are now one hundred of them! With these legs, Gigantamax Centiskorch is capable of astounding speeds despite its massive size.

Now it can really turn up the heat
Centiskorch's firepower has increased significantly. Its internal temperature now exceeds 1,000 degrees Celsius—hot enough that opponents are burnt from just the heat waves coming off the Pokémon. It seems that the radiant heat from Centiskorch can even disturb air currents so much that it causes storms to form!

The G-Max Move G-Max Centiferno
Fire-type attacks used by Gigantamax Centiskorch will change to G-Max Centiferno. G-Max Centiferno doesn't only deal damage to opponents when it hits. It will also cause them to be trapped within a firestorm that will deal continuous damage to them every turn for 4 to 5 turns. The firestorm will also prevent opponents from fleeing or being swapped out!

Like a terrifyingly large tornado
The sand that was once stored up in its sand pouch has overflowed and now forms a ring around Sandaconda's neck. Together with the additional sand the Pokémon has spun up around it, there is over a million tons of sand now swirling around Gigantamax Sandaconda! To observers, it looks like a terrifyingly large tornado.

High-speed spinning
Gigantamax Sandaconda attacks by spinning its body at high speeds in battle, which causes the sand surrounding it to also spin at extreme speeds. The destructive force of this sharp grit is increased by the rotation and inflicts massive damage on those it touches.

The G-Max Move G-Max Sandblast
Ground-type attacks used by Gigantamax Sandaconda will change to G-Max Sandblast. G-Max Sandblast doesn't only deal damage to opponents when it hits. It will also cause them to be trapped within a tomb of sand that damages them every turn for 4 to 5 turns. It prevents them from fleeing or being swapped out, too.

Calculated this and even by assuming Sansadoca swirls with the same speed as the strongest F5 tornado it only came out at 1.0113264e+13 joules, Low 7-C

@ Overlord775 : I assume you did, but since I don't know of a calculation (To see the work) & just to be sure, did you account for the 1,000,000+ tons of sand swirling around it, not just it being like a terrifyingly large tornado?

No offense nor disrespect meant.

He did, i calced KE and got the same result

If we trusted battle animations, Pokémon can all be squished flat by certain moves and be fine. Likely just a game mechanic, though.

I'd say it's just game mechanics. Only certain Pokémon (Jigglypuff) show the ability to regen from that otherwise

It is. Hence the lol. The feat is great when it comes to lifting strength, but underwhelming when it comes to raw power. But it gives G-Max Orbettle and Hatterene good TK.

Gigantamax Charizard:

"The flame inside its body burns hotter than 3,600 degrees Fahrenheit. When Charizard roars, that temperature climbs even higher. "

Magcargo:

"Magcargo's body temperature is approximately 18,000 degrees Fahrenheit. Water is vaporized on contact. If this Pokémon is caught in the rain, the raindrops instantly turn into steam, cloaking the area in a thick fog. "

Jigglypuff's currently at mid-low. I thought it was higher, but Ion was the only one who had said anything at the time

Elasticity would be Jigglypuff puffing up. Getting crushed and coming back would be a regen feat, regardless of elasticity or toonforce

Pokemon Logic.

A lot of character at least have Mid regen. Any good toonforce user worth their salt has that level of regen and a decent amount of videogame characters from the N64 and PS1-GameCube and PS2 eras typically have survived being crushed in the games.

Arbok is stated to be able to regenerate as long as it's head is intact and, to quote Tangrowth's b2w2 pokedex entry: "Even if one of its arms is eaten, it's fine. The Pokémon regenerates quickly and will go right back to normal."
