we have already agreed about soul and matter manipulation for shinigami knight has done it for Quincy Franz supposed to do it for shinigami but removing the soul from should be astral projection and it should be added for hollow to

Yeah, Urahara carries the cane with him wherever he goes and he could use it, he just never does so in a fight while in character. Not often that he fights a regular person that it could be applied to since he's fighting Hollows or other Shinigami usually.
