Something that can kill the Monarch of Pointland

Anything capable of effecting geometrically lower-D characters. Alternatively, anything capable of destroying a black hole.

I mean its dimensional existence is zero, but it still does exist. It just doesn't conventionally interact with spatial dimensions since it is 0-D. But it isn't just nonexistent.

It would be hard to reach, but that can work.

However, as MoP doesn`t even really has a mind, but is simply an omnipresent being in it`s 0-D verse that thinks by the other beings that enter to it, it would also need someone in there to can reach that dimensional plane.

Yeah, i just shoot with my mind while suggesting this. Considering that i couldn't think of many conventional ways of killing The Monarch, since it... is, for all intents and purposes, an infinitely-small and absolutely indivisible dot amidst a non-dimensional abyss

Not really. The Monarch has a mind, he is simply unaware of the concept of plurality, or of anything existing aside from himself. Because of the fact that from his 0-dimensional perspective, he is everything and encompasses everything

It can`t hit the foe either, which means that it either is curbstomped or just one can`t hurt the other.

Which also means that it isn`t really allowed in serious Vs. threads.
 
Toppo and the gods of destruction. Toppo already destroyed points once he could do it again. The gods of destruction are more powerful than toppo exept maybe Sidra and with their hakai they could destroy monarch of pointland. Jiren and Goku too since they also destroyed the void with their fists clashing. The void recreates itself after it get's destroyed though.
 
grand priest has done this as well via when he changed the color he destroyed the points making said color and made new points
