You can check it here I proposed it here , but since I proposed it for infinite speed accident, didn't thought it will take him infinite amount of time to accelerate himself INFINITELY, so i had to close it.

Yeah, in a strictly theoretical sense, he had the capability to do so. However, in practice, he only achieved FTL. It is still not applicable to give it as rating based on this.
