His lasers take a bit to charge up, and at a starting point of six feet, Saitama could close the distance between him and Soldier Boy before he got it off. He'll only be able to get it off if he can find a way to keep Saitama restrained or stunned long enough to get it off.

Uhhhh, Soldier Boy is gonna be 8-C or higher soon, so maybe not a good time to make this match?
