Homelander’s heat vision will do a lot for him since Basil doesn’t have any form of heat resistance. However, Gladiolus could do a lot of damage since High AP advantage (At least 78.62 Tons of TNT vs 42.42) + Durability Negation + Pressure Point/Critical Hit. Homelander has a really good chance but I think Basil will win with difficulty, so I vote Plant Man (Basil).

Yeah, when comparing him with Homelander's previous opponent from the same verse, Basil has a lot more options including a larger variety of emotions that can be applied to both himself and enemies, attacks with higher range that would allow him to more easily catch the flying man-baby, durability negation, DYNAMITE, healing, and items that can both amp him and reduce Homie's stats. I think the Flower Boy takes this.
