So with the revision, are Overvoid, The Source and Presence still seperate characters?

I know we have The God profile that basically connected these 3 supreme beings aspect into one. they all came from The God and are aspects of God but also seperate. So my question is are they (Source, Overvoid, Presence) still view as seperate characters even though they are connected? If so can we use them as seperate characters in battles?
