So how did Aizen dodge Urahara wearing the cloak?

I would say he heard Urahara's movement but Kisuke trained with Yoruichi for years with them taking turns sneak attacking each other. We could attribute it to his mad, cross dimensional sensing skills.

aizen said that you need to add a kido to make yourself invisible with the cloack ( more invisible than the shinigami already are anyway) so maybe urahara didn't used that kido and just weared the cloack for concealing his reiatsu .

Aizen then picked up the wind movements or the soud or just sheer intuition i don't know .

The kido is part is obvious, but Aizen looked behind him without been able to sense Urahara because of the cloak's power, and he was having a conversation with Shinji when it happened. I wonder why Tousen or Gin didn't stop Urahara.

well tousen is blind so without being able to sense urahara 's reiatsu he didn't notice him .

and gin wanted aizen to die anyway so we can argue that he let it happen .

there is also the common cliche of sensing one's bloodlust if you the target of an attack or whatever , that could be the reason aizen picked up urahara .
