2) Chaos is not that smart. She is crazy in the head. She was not even thinking. When she thought she killed Tomoki, she took the nearest human to Synapse and made him turn on the Synpase core. She felt so bad at what she did to tomoki and wanted make everything alright again, so she decided to rewrite the universe. Also the cards are limited now because of Tomoki.

Synapse was able to survive the big bang, and the destruction of the universe when the core turned on. If it didn't survive the destruction of the universe, what was Ikaros purpose of sending Tomoki there to stay then? The entire universe was being destroyed on their way there.

I mean some of it makes sense because chaos had the power to take on Synapse. Mino wanted her to end the reality with her new found power. He also wanted her to Chaos end Earth.

I mean not saying she is universal(Which is a far stretch), but they are definitely higher than large country level. Minos wanted Chaos to end the reality with her new powers, who should be higher than large country level. Or they should all be scaled off Nymph's Super paradise song that busted through planets and chipped the sun. Which is maybe gag feat but was shown at the end she really did it. But its something to actually scale them off of. They are only scaled off a statement from Nymph... If we go by statments, Ikaros said she could wipe the world clean with Ageis alone.
