1. Shulk
2. Ness and Lucas
3. Joker
4. The Player (Minecraft)
5. Mario, Luigi, Peach, Bowser
6. Sonic
7. TLOZ characters with complete Triforce
8. Eight
9. Solo
10. Kirby, Meta Knight, and King Dedede

its very rough and definitely needs changes. id also like to separate the tiers that contain several relatively equal characters

no, but if I'm being for real the whole "player being a person outside of the universe" thing comes from smash and is not really evident in actual duck hunt
