couple of things:
Captain Falcon is Tier 7 physically, and is 3-A with the Blue Falcon
Squirrel is Low 7-B
Daisy doesn’t scale to 2-B
PT wouldn’t be Tier 1, since Red has never caught Arceus. Though I suppose he can technically fight Ethan, who can have Arceus.
FE Characters would be at the top of Tier 2 due to Heroes scaling

In that case wouldn't that mean they are tied with Final Fantasy then in terms of AP? Since FF has 3 Infinite 2-A structures. The Void, The Farplane (FFBE) and World of FF

I'm sure both would be baseline anyways per 2-A standards unless there's implications on affecting multiple 2-A structures being more impressive than a single one in the given verse (And even so it'd depend on context, it wouldn't be inherently a infinite gap even with that).

Every major end-game character gets affected by the upgrade. I’m hesitant on some of the arguments and I haven’t really tried debating some of them but guess we’ll see how it goes when it’s dropped on the wiki.

Probably around D Tier on Tier list 4. He’s faster than a lot of the lower tier characters, and has soul hax. He’s probably higher on any Speed Equal lists
