Slight Weapon Ap Correction for Master Chief

His M41 SPKNr Rocket Launcher is listed as Building level and the Incineration Cannon is listed as Small Town level in the "Standard Weaponry and Equipment" and "Additional Weaponry and Equipment" parts of his profile, but as stated here the M41 SPKNr Rocket Launcher is actually Small Building level while the Incineration Cannon is actually Multi-City Block level.

So those could be fixed quite easily but Master Chief's profile is locked.

His profile isn't locked actually, but I was in the process of fixing the weapon stats which some in the tabbers have yet to be updated. But yes, the rocket launcher is only 9-A and the Incineration Cannon is only 8-A.
