Slight Ultimecia Downgrade

Her final form states she had become the universe. Thing is... she ... didn't. She came awfully close but she is killed while doing so. This is a case of how Zamasu would have eventualy become 2-C absorbing the timeline.

Ultimecia, transformed to absorb all time and space. Absorbing all existence as we speak.

She had not succeeded but had come pretty close. ANd the party kills her before she succeeds because otherwise... Id oubt the party would have existed.

I think she would deserve a At least High 3-A, Low 2-C eventually (Was absorbing the entire timeline, would have eventually succeeded if not killed)

And as speed 'Massively FTL+ (switfter than her previous form), eventually Omnipresent (was becoming one with all of space and time)

We DO rate Zamasu differently. He affected two timelines, and thus he gets a 'low 2-C, eventually 2-C". This is the same thing only with one
