Mordecai's intelligence is set to Low.. He doesn't really show any actions that portray low intelligence, he just isn't really sensible at times, and is rather lazy.

Here's the thing. Mordecai always tells Rigby off for his idiotic mistakes. That, and Mordecai recieved a high school diploma, and even got a scholarship to college (Which was unfortunately changed by Rigby, one who didn't get a Diploma and wasn't accepted into a well based college), I feel one with Low intelligence wouldn't accomplish all of that. Rigby has low intelligence because he technically didn't graduate high school, nor did he even get a scholarship to college, and not mention, Rigby makes the most stupidest mistakes at times, not Mordecai.

So in conclusion, Mordecai should be put to Average, to even Above Average intelligence.

I agree. Mordecai isn't really stupid and has his more logical and sensible moments.

Yes. One could say Mordecai's intelligence varies depending on the episode, but in most cases has shown to be a very logical indivdual.
