Slight Beyblade "Upgrade"

Not even a new upgrade, just an issue I would like fixed as it's honestly bothering me, and its my own fault.

Regarding Gingka's Galaxy Pegasus, its tier should be bumped up to 3-C to Low 2-C, not 4-A to Low 2-C. Simply put, the reason why I put 4-A in the first place was because of an unbelieveably casual feat Galaxy Pegasus does thats already Storm Pegasus level. But thing is, Galaxy Pegasus from the start is already confirmed to be stronger than Storm Pegasus and Lightning L-Drago, who at the end of Metal Fusion are 3-C. Going off that, I see putting 4-A in off of a super lowball is pointless now and it should be switched to 3-C.

This effects Tsubasa, Yu, Masamune, Ryuga, Kenta, and Kyoya's pages as well.

If someone could unlock them so I could do the changes, i'd very much appreciate it. Thank you.

Normally, i'd wait/ask for more users to comment here for more of an official approval, but given its just a small mistake in already confirmed tiering, and 2 staff members already support this, would it be alright to start the changes now or should I wait?

It was agreed for him to get Existence Erasure but the thread....kinda died out and never got any more attention about it to get it added.

I would also like to upgrade his range a bit. If accepted, he should also have Multi-Universal range via opening portals to other universes.
