Shouldn't he be ranked higher though mainly because of the comparison between 682 and 076 who were his foot soldiers that helped him kill other gods( sorry if this is random and I sound like an idiot)

Most of SCP is probably going to 2-A, but it would not either way. 1-B is a gigantic tier, at present one would need to be atop an infinite dimensional structure to get to High 1-B instead of just a large stack. Viewing a 200k/countless/whatever dimensional char in the same way that they view a 3D is not a transcendence of infinite dimensions.

Why would they be 2-A? there is a lot of proof of distinct tier 1 spatial dimensions with qualitative superiority over lower spatial dimensions

I posted it last time i was asked about it, there are numerous higher-d SCPs that explicitly see 3-D beings as flat/physically lower-dimensional with the same beings being unable to percieve those SCPs

Its not 4-D, its SCPs that are anywhere from 5 to 11-D, beings that the 1-B entities view as practically nonexistent due to them being lower-dimensional to them
Also the fact that the tier 1s explicitly need lower-dimensional avatars just to be able to properly interact with 3-D reality
