So a complete fodder in one of the stories did this feat ... I have nothing else to say. Wondertainment based on that story clearly scales, and due to him basically every 1-B does as well.... What a day to be alive.

It does @Weekly . It actually does now. I'm assuming both High 1-B & 1-A scales to basically everyone now ? There was a guy who called that 239 was possibly going to be 1-A... Who was he ? I forgot... As there have been a lot of time between then and now.

Weekly and I discussed having 682 as an exception, keeping the old profile as a key under "Extended Canon/Composite".

As for the other profiles we'll just see downgrades and composite blog posts. What happens will happen.
 
@Dargoo To be fair, a lot of the major SCP characters (682, 173, 1440, 076, 073, 239, etc.) have a large amount of fairly extensive and in-depth entended canon, not all SCPs would get this treatment but 682 would not be the only one that would be rated like this
 
The interesting thing would be the amount of attention that goes to those composite blog posts. I'd expect the composite blogs to get more battles due to actually having feats, which puts the wiki in the weird situation where the less regulated blog posts are seeing more attention than the more strictly regulated official pages.

Would upgrades like the 1-A due to platonics just get through and get put on those blogs without scrutiny because they're blogs and not actual profiles, even if they get used as actual profiles more than the actual profiles themselves?

Whatever happens, I would prefer seeing no change or an official extended canon/composite key, but in the end it's up to the staff to decide.
 
I'm not familiar with Star Wars I haven't actually watched it

Could you give me a quick rundown of what happened with that?
 
Separate keys for movie canon and extended canon as well as extra keys for stories where characters are explicitly stronger
 
Star Wars doesn't have the issue of having numerous unregulated, uncoordinated writers. At best we can get composite profiles for 682 and maybe 173, but we'd be pushing it for others.

The best current profile we can base the new ones around would be SCP-3589. We'd take it's base and chage it to "SCP File" and the the second key and change it to "Apotheosis Canon".
 
049, 076, 173, 239, 343, 682, 1440, and 2722, thats all (for now ovo)

Also yes actually, EU Star Wars has a TON of writers

Yes, but they are regulated under a company and follow standards, which is where they differ from the Foundationverse, which is open source collaborative writing. For example, if you had the talent, you can write and submit SCP Files incredibly more easy than it is to get officially liscensed to add to the lore of Star Wars.

I think my point still goes across. Weekly and myself have come to a compromise, and so far have suppport from Ultima and Ant.

I don't even get what you mean by that.

It will take a while to update all of them? Yes

A bunch of new feats will be needed to tier the characters? Also yes

Neither of these two make the verse dead at all. It still has supporters, people that care about those characters and those pages. You are calling it a loss before you even try.
