It is a stomp, Scout literally has better range, and skill to dodge Spamton's fairly standard danmaku.

There is no scenario where Spamton wins, period.

I don't see intangibility anywhere on Spamton's profile. Just because it harms the soul doesn't inherently mean it's nonphysical. Unless I missed something
