So, in a world were Chara couldn't save and quit during the genocide route, who would win, would Sans get cut down or will Chara have a bad time. Fight to the death, no sparing. no healing items, and Sans can't stop each other from making turns, true fight to the death

Physical Chara in Frisk's body probably gets dunked on most of the time due to lack of knowledge.

True Chara is overall unaffected, but now without a proper host.

Yeah. Sans has a huge advantage, there. Chara may win like...1/10 times due to sheer luck with dodging, but if they don't know how Sans fights, that's a huge problem.

Sans takes the majority under the conditions, but it obviously has no effect on true Chara.

If this is a situation that removes Chara's ability to save and load in a first time geno timeline meaning that they have never experienced a fight with Sans, then it goes to Sans. To the unsuspecting, the first attack kills, unless extremely lucky. And with cutting out healing items, even if the first attack didn't kill Chara, the second would, easily.
