He can also attack through the menu which is in my opinion makes it a limited Law Hax rather than Combat Applicable 4th Wall Breaking

Since he can exploit it in a way that affects the outcome of a fight (forced stalemate), yes. Sans now wins his fights by doing this for years and outliving.

What I meant is that unable to act in any way could make someone think that the opponent is also paralyzed when this is in effect. Chara still can move around and Sans actively, not passively because of the turn thing, needs to warp them back in place if they start moving too far. So it's not a complete inability to act either.
So it's more like the opponent can't directly attack Sans?
What about "unable to attack, use items and it causes them to not be able to use Social Influening or Information Analysis"
I think if Sans doesn't stop them it's at least certain that they can probably scram or walk out of his range lmao The only way I can explain that situation is that he's putting Chara back into place so they don't just walk past him without attacking.
