~ Sans warning Frisk on the Genocide Route
Powers and Stats

Tier: 8-C

Name:
Sans the Skeleton (never capitalized when spoken by himself.)

Origin: Undertale

Gender: Male

Age: Unknown, (though Word of God confirms he is likely older than his brother)

Classification: Skeleton, Sentry, likely a scientist (hinted at through workshop), Professional Prankster

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Energy Projection, Soul Manipulation, KARMA, Bone Manipulation, His attacks are intangible, Teleportation (Capable of teleporting himself, others, and his own attacks at will, using this ability to make opponents easier to hit or prevent them from moving), Telekinesis, Gravity Manipulation, Able to lock his opponent in place so neither of them will be able to do anything (Sans essentially, in gameplay terms, never takes his turn, forcing his opponent to be locked in an unwinnable combat situation. He was prepared to use this so both he and the player would be stuck in place forever, forcing them the reset and go on another route. This likely only works under the rules of Sans' own universe, which he exploited to do this.), Can attack an enemy's SOUL therefore damaging them on all physical and spiritual levels, Danmaku, Minor Resistance to Soul Manipulation (Like all monsters, he can defend against and take hits to his SOUL as if they were normal attacks)

Attack Potency: Building level physically (The weakest monster who can be faced in combat, even below Monster Kid in terms of raw strength. However, he is still roughly comparable to the lowest tier monsters), Can ignore Durability to an extent via SOUL Magic.

Speed: At least Massively Hypersonic+ attack speed (Able to consistently tag Chara/Frisk), far higher reaction speed (Capable of consistently dodging Chara/Frisk to such a degree that they could never land a hit on Sans, even if they reset and knew exactly what he would do and where he would be, even if he was asleep. Only hit after his opponent broke the rules of the game in order to do so. Should be one of, if not the, fastest non-Immeasurable characters in the game.)

Lifting Strength: Unknow

Striking Strength:
Unknow

Durability:
At least Building level (Completely unaffected by the temperature in Hotland, which is hot enough to turn a styrofoam cup and the water inside of it into vapor, instantly. Should be at least somewhat comparable to zero DETERMINATION Frisk, who could tank an over exploding at more than 9000 degrees Fahrenheit without any damage whatsoever.)

Stamina: Average, as he was able to repeatedly dodge blows from Chara/Frisk, though after a while, he showed obvious signs of tiring, such as sweating, heavier breathing, and eventually beginning to fall asleep. Despite this, he was still able to dodge after seeming to tire out.

Range: At least dozens of meters via bone attacks, significantly higher via Gasterblasters and teleportation to an unknown extent

Standard Equipment: Numerous bones and Gasterblasters (strange, skull-headed cannons that fire lasers, named after W.D. Gaster)

Intelligence: Genius. While Sans is lazy, he's shown to be a genius, both in a tactical and scientific sense, if his workshop is any indication. He was shown to somehow run reports analyzing alternate timelines, as well as build what was likely some sort of time machine.

Weaknesses: Incredibly lazy, Won't fight unless absolutely necessary (only fought in the genocide route, where he believes you to be a threat to all other timelines). Weak against murder intentions.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

  • Soul Manipulation: Blue Mode: Similar to his brother, Sans turns his opponent's soul blue, giving it "gravity" and allowing him to more easily hit his foes. However, Sans appears to have a far greater mastery of this ability than Papyrus, allowing him to effortlessly fling his foe around by manipulating their soul, or effectively 'changing gravity' and forcing them to move along the walls or ceiling.
  • Bone Attacks: Sans will send a massive amount of bones at his opponent, forcing them to think on their feet in order to dodge all of them. He will mix up his style, forcing his foes to jump through small gaps between bones, over pits full of dozens of bones, or even to rush along platforms so that they don't fall into a deadly trap composed of dozens upon dozens of bones. Sans will often throw in blue bones, which while they cannot be dodged, will only hurt his opponent if they attempt to move through them as opposed to allowing it to pass harmlessly through. While these attacks hardly seem to so any damage initially, damage quickly racks up from remaining in contact with them, allowing this relatively weak opponent a way of bypassing the defenses of superior foes.
  • KARMA: Whatever is struck by one of Sans' attacks will suffer from this condition, for a brief period of time. It essentially functions as poison damage for one's soul.
  • Gasterblasters: Strange devices in the shape of skulls which fire powerful lasers from their maws. Like Sans' bones, Gasterblasters will often be used in numbers and deal KR damage.
  • Teleportation: While Sans is unable to reset the universe in the manner of someone such as Frisk or Flowey, he has shown to have a useful form of teleportation, allowing him to teleport not only himself, but objects and other people, as well. During battle, Sans will often teleport his opponent, himself, and his attacks, not only moving himself out of harms way, but moving his foe into the path of a new attack. He has also shown the ability to restrain an enemy by repeatedly warping them back to their initial position.
Arzon
Ragemodeaarzon
Don't underestimate WIND!
Powers and Stats

Tier: At least 7-B, higher in Typhoon Rage Mode

Name: Arzon

Origin: Rock Hard Gladiators

Gender: Male

Age: In his teens

Classification: Human/Stickman

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Martial Arts, Wind Manipulation (Can manipulate wind for attacking, enhancing his speed and power, making forcefields, flight, and creating various weapons, such as needles, throwing stars, drills, and razor sharp discs), Can transform into a more powerful state, Regenerationn (Low-Mid, Regenerated from being impaled through the torso by Bams and Cairis), Carries 2 healing potions

Attack Potency: At least City level (Comparable to many other RHGs. Defeated Blazonkey, Cairis, and Tatsu. Injured Cade, Ane, and Matilda. Damaged Angous' organs and broke three of his ribs with his attacks and though he ended up losing, Gaku stated that he would have won had kept Angous at a distance. Fought Time Havoc and only lost due to forgetting about their fight due to an interruptio. Defeated Main Character with a single punch.), higher in Typhoon Rage Mode (Damaged Cade's shield, which was completely undamaged by any of his attacks in his base form. Defeated Nyem, who would have defeated Arzon's base form immediately had he not transformed from the very beginning. Defeated Bams)

Speed: Massively Hypersonic+ (Capable of dodging lightning multiple times in rapid successio), higher with Wind Dance Attack (Blitzed Cairis, who could previously keep up with his attacks)

Lifting Strength: Class T (Comparable to Bog and Larry)

Striking Strength: At least City Class, higher in Typhoon Rage Mode

Durability: At least City level, higher in Typhoon Rage Mode

Stamina: Above average

Range: Standard melee range. Up to several kilometers with wind attacks (can reach past the cloud layer with some attacks)

Standard Equipment: Zash's Recovery Potion

Intelligence: Average conventional intellect, Extremely High combat-wise (Arzon is a highly skilled wind manipulator, capable of manipulating his attacks to create a wide variety of both conventional and unconventional attacks, defenses, and weapons. He is skilled enough to go so far as to develop special techniques made specifically to counter certain fighting styles, such as countering shield and barrier users by sending his wind through the ground to attack from below, and even techniques to specifically counter his elemental weakness, fire. He has experience fighting a wide variety of opponents with varying weapons, abilities, and fighting styles, even defeating opponents with abilities that directly counter his own. His combat record is widely acclaimed as being one of the best in the Dojo, only losing three matches over the course of his career, two of which were lost due to the opponents (Matilda and Time Havoc) being forced to incapacitate him rather than defeat him outright, and one resulting in the opponent (Angous) suffering life threatening injuries as a result.)

Weaknesses: Expending too much energy knocks him out for a short while, Fire based attacks (Though he is able to counter these with sufficiently powerful attacks)
>Sans' attacks are intangible now

I think Arzon has other things going for him besides the shield, but I'm making this to be sure.

Speed is unequal for now... (I didn't watch RHG much so he's either Mach 2596 or 1981, idk but he also boosts himself to the point of blitzing comparable people with Wind Dance Attack, while Sans is >>>Mach 3091. Tell me if it needs to be equalized)

EDIT: I have no idea why I removed Arzon's 7-A tier from his profile

Who wins?

Sans: 0

Arzo: 0

Called it. But I'd likely give it to Arzon via regen and speed blitz. Granted, I know little about Arzon so I could be wrong.

I seriously doubt Arzon can blitz Sans, given that Sans is far above mach 3091, which is above Arzon's initial speed. Not to mention that his reactions are far faster than even that.

Oh right, soul damage. That again. Hm, I'll redact my vote for now and wait for some other people who know more about Arzon to offer input.

Arzon via speed and regen. He only needs one hit to win, and through them will yndoubtably land it.

Though I also know little about him.

>"Arzon via speed and regen"

>Said reasons get questioned

>"Arzon via speed and regen" next comment

So how exactly did Arzon win the first time?

Also, damn it Katharsus, don't make my mistake more apparent!

If forcefields were his only way of winning, then I'd give it to Sans through reaction speeds, soul manip. bypassing regen, and Blue Mode.

Okay? Problem is that attack wont oneshot Arzon whereas Arzon's will oneshot Sans

And again, he can just use an AoE wind attack which Sans cant counter

Yes but soulhax really wont help if he gets oneshot by an attack he cant see or just gets AoE blasted

Eh... Arzon has no resistance to soul hax, so he will die pretty much on contact.

Could ya show the aoe and invisible attacks please?

Hey, Arzon wins here for the exact same reason Broly wins on his thread, being more durable and AoEing Sans to death or oneshotting with a single precision attack Sans cant see

I asked dor you to show me that stuff by the way. Regardless, does arzon have a way to see the attacks coming? He isn't surviving long enough to get teleportation off if hit.

Attacks to the soul doing normal damage is treated as resistance for the UT characters as opposed to the attacks themselves being that way. San's soul manip should be as much of a instakill as any other soul manip with that considered.

The real cal howard said:
Every non god tier's soul manipulation in UT is shit tier, so it's pretty much a non factor.
It is soul destruction, with frisk being able to resist it because their soul is durable.

Arzon has no resistance, so what you see it as doesn't change that much at all.

@Ricsi Arzon, and RHG characters in general, regularly react to attacks they cant see coming up from underground instantly

Good thing sans slams him down.

Plus, if he sees a wall of attacks coming from in front lets hope he diesn't use forcefields.
