I was thinking of making this match again after seeing the massive low-balled of Sans in; Sans & Undyne Versus Threads back in 2016.
I intent making this match of previously Inconclusive ( Undyne's Favor ) to change... so here it is i guess

I think Undyne might have the edge here because she can put Sans in green mode to make it harder for him to dodge, then tank his attacks until he runs out of stamina.
Idk though, I'll wait for other arguments.

Sans is more clever to take the first step on his turn ( And this is not just an assumption, his intelligence alone is proven to be capable of doing this in the battle ) even if he is not taking the first turn, Undyne Green Souls can be easily dodged by Sans considering he have much more mobility based ability on his sides, and the rest of the fight is Sans doing Spam TP Kill to Undyne

Tanking Attacks based on HP is now invalid iirc.
Sans can Dura Neg Undyne at the start of the battle and killer her instantly
