What wincons does Sanji actually have here?

Akainu innate heat resistance + superior haki means that Sanji Diable Jambe isn't going to damage him. On top of his ability to just consume flames with his own magma.

Sanji can't regenerate or really recover from getting his body vaporized by Akainu's heat, either. In the same way it melted Whitebeard's body on contact.
