Trust me I'll be the first to put a stop to whataboutism but considering we have dozens of (likely more) pages for featless characters and/or characters that have little to no abilities I think Jinn's profile existing is fine (At least she has a couple of feats such as time stop and illusion creation).
I agree with her just being rated as unknown tho.
