The causality, probability, and law manipulation stuff seems to be a big red flag to me. Danmaku seems a bit much as well.

"Causality Manipulation, Probability Manipulation (Her arrows will always hit her targets no matter how far her target is), Law Manipulation (When using Venatio Noctis, she's capable of controlling anything that the moonlight touches)" Issues with Balencing obviously

"Holy Manipulation (as her origin as a goddess, she has divine properties)" A goddess would have authority, automatic HELL NO

"Danmaku (capable of making hundred thousands of projectiles)" Sorry, but I'm afraid even Gilgamesh, the danmaku god of Fate, would struggle with that output

I mean both my characters are objectively weaker, just one-shot the ghost when it pops out to reesurect Cayde and Jack kinda doesn't have a good going for actually winning, only outlasting

Yes, I think it's mostly fine though Eye of the Mind is super, super, SUPER out of place with her personality and she can only have 3 skills anyway
