Cain turned to Palaria, trembling lightly as Ryan nodded.

"Cool. I'll let you guys do whatever you need to do before we leave, if your coming." Ryan said with a shrug, turning to Dhei, a little weirded out that he was smelling him.

"Uh... Yeah... I'm a blacksmith, so, obviously, I'd smell like sweat..."

(Had this ready just forgot to send.)
(poke)

Goliath walked outside with the rest, glancing down at Ryan, specifically noting his strange, metal limb.

"...Strange...arm" Goliath muttered.

Meanwhile.

Deep in the forest, a strange, humanoid figure was slowly moving around, periodically grabbing plants and moss from the ground and storing it in a peculiar sack he had on hand.

"....More..." a raspy voice muttered, his brittle bones creaking slightly as he grabbed a nearby flower, examining it before stuffing it in his sack. He stopped for a moment, breathing heavily as he leaned against a tree. Shakily, he grabbed a strange bottle from his sack, taking a deep, long sip, liquid trailing down his disfigured cheeks and onto the ground below. Breathing out, he collapsed onto the snow, waiting for the strange liquid to take effect.

"...Gonna need to brew more soon...I'll fall apart at this rate..." The humanoid being muttered to himself, looking down at his grey, malnourished flesh.

Para was floating around reading the Mind of Morgana.

"Haha! They do have riddles on wolves and werewolves!" She exclaimed, "I knew it!"

Meanwhile, Epithymia noticed the blacksmith, approaching him with a smile.

"Hello there, sir! My name is Epithymia, and I couldn't help but notice the craftsmanship on that arm of yours... You're really quite talented!" She said.
"Thanks?" Ryan said, not really knowing how to respond to that, simply shrugging and doing the same for Goliath.

"I don't think it's really that impressive. I'm still working on it."

"What did you have in mind for it?" She asked.
Ryan shrugged as they walked, "I'll keep that confidential."

Cain walked next to Palaria and Mark still, looking down as she fiddled with the blades that Dhei had made her, a tiny smile on her face as she seemed not on edge for the first time since they defeated the Tower Knight.

"Relax as much as possible, you have others that got your back when defenseless"

Informed her so she would be letting herself easy in his hands, as he was watching Mark and Palaria together like this, Dhei was envying them a little as he wished he was already that close with Cain

He then imagines briefly how it would be if he carried his crush, sighing deeply after taking a good breath in, remembering the time she said not having feelings for him way back

"If only Cain was okay with the idea"

"I hate feeling a bit useless..." Palaria murmured, Guzma taking up the back line but still speaking "you can probably use your magic in that state anyway, don't sweat it!"

"I think you'll be a lot more useful then you think to the team effort, I don't mind having to protect you myself, your a backline Mage, it's a given." Terevion said

Dhei would reach his hand in his pocket, pulling out a pendant, in the shape of a heart, staring at it for a while before he clenches it in his fist and moves it to where his heart is

"I hate feeling a bit useless..." Palaria murmured, Guzma taking up the back line but still speaking "you can probably use your magic in that state anyway, don't sweat it!"

"You're not useless!" Para said, "If you want to get better, I could show you some of the spells in the Mind of Morgana, if you're interested."

"Palaria, your not useless at all... Your one of the reasons we could even get this far!" Cain said, trying to encourage her friend with a smile.

Ryan was mostly silent as they moved, not really knowing how to respond. Not like he knew these people, after all, he was just offering a place for them to stay.

Afterwards he put the pendant back in the pocket before moving closer to his friend to try get her negativity out

"You are just vulnerable right now, you can still talk and everything of the like, so you can still be useful Palaria, dont let that get to you"

Palaria began tearing up "I... Thank you..." Palaria murmured as they travelled to their destination, exiting the city and back into the gently falling snow

Dhei began inhaling a deep breath of air, before exhaling it for about as long as his inhaling from earlier

"Hopefully a storm isnt gonna be approaching any soon, would be hard to travel after"

Says as he covered his head with his hood and put his hands in the pockets

Goliath set his skin aflame with magic, holding his hand out to warm himself and anyone nearby as they walked through the snow.

"Sigmar...did say...we need to stop a...blizzard..." Goliath muttered, knowing they would have to face a much fiercer storm soon.

Dhei would look at Cain briefly before turning his head away and thought in his mind

"She can heat herself up right? I think i vaguely remember that....i could make the excuse im feeling way too cold and have the two of us stick together....wonder if it wont be too weird though if i try..."

Afterwards he went closer to her and acted to be freezing, crossing his arms and moving up and down, making it seem that Dhei was trying to make himself warmer, just to get Cain attention

"Oh, are you cold, Dhei?" She asked, her halo naturally emitting heat to anything that was inside it, which currently only included her.

"If you want you can get inside my halo with me. It's big enough for the both of us!" Cain said.

"Yeah, he's definitely into her..." Ryan thought to himself.

"If you dont mind....here i go..."

He would then get inside her halo slowly and carefully, sticking as close as he could to her

"It bothers you if im too close? I can get out if it makes you uncomfortable like this..."

Tells to the little demon girl in any case if it wasnt to her liking now

"It's fine, Dhei, really!" Cain said, her halo releasing a gentle warmth to both of them as she smiled, clearly not minding it at all.

Dhei turns his head around and covers his mouth with the right arm, as he was blushing from the kindness and smile Cain was giving

Would then think about whether or not should he put his left hand on her shoulder to pull her even more closer, with his hand extended behind her, but hesitating for the moment

"Is it too much if i do it? I want Cain as close as i can possibly, but thats something couples do, is it too selfish?"

Palaria nearly jumped when she was unexpectedly addressed, clearly extremely stressed about her situation more than she was showing

"W-well... no, I don't really have a favorite food... do you have one...?" Palaria asked
