What hax does Team Rocket have that can counter Robbie's Hax?

Robbie can not only teleport, but has access to machines that can reverse the ages of people and brainwash entire towns. Does Team Rocket have anything comparable?

Life-force draining, power mimcry, poison, confusion hax and attack reflection.

Life-force draining i'm not sure about, but confusion hax and attack reflection could be useful. Problem is, is that they get that and the mechs, but Robbie can also access his gadgets, minions and robots. One of which is the Robot Sportacus which was created to be Sportacus's equal, so the poison, confusion, and life-force draining aren't gonna be all that effective on something like him.

Though Wobuffet's attack reflection is nothing to scoth at.

robbie rotten cant catch ashs pikachu if he cant even catch sportacus, cuz pikachu got hax robbie rotten would never do against, even if sportacus is more durable (launched to the moon), also got better disguises, team rocket got toruble using disguises against sportacus, but with the gadgets and traps, sportacus wont expect those traps or gadgets such as mega meowth, smoke and then nets, expecting a cat to scratch him,
