Robbie Rotten laid back casually in his chair, sighing happily. "Finally, now that everyone is on vacation, I can get some shuteye!" He declared happily. With nothing much to do, he turned on the TV. "Update on the Empire City Lockdown! Cole MacGrath, the terrorist believed to be responsible for the two bombings, has left his current hideout and is carving a violent and bloody path through the US. Witnesses describe him briefly engaging and executing renowned Hero Sportacus. Analysis of his current path and sightings suggest he is headed towards said Hero's hometown, LazyTown. Renowned criminologist, Dr. John Wright, had this to say."

The broadcast cut to an office. Dr. John Wright sat in a comfortable chair next to a fireplace. "From what reliable records we have of Mr. MacGrath, we've been able to deduce that he has a very rotten and simple view of the world not uncommon from those found in dictators and terrorists. A mentality of keeping people in line, that the only man you can trust us kind who knows not to cross you. Access to flight records indicates that Sportacus was on vacation to the city of New York, not far from Empire City proper. From this, we've concluded that Sportacus left New York to confront the villain terrorizing the nearby city. Having defeated the Hero, MacGrath now seeks to keep other Heroes in check by destroying his hometown."

The broadcast cut back to the reporter. "Analysis suggests that The Demon of Empire City will arrive four months, provided military resistance can properly slow him. We'll keep you updated as the situation unfolds."

Robbie turned off the TV in a panicked slamming motion. "Great scott! A villain so terrible that even Sportaflop couldn't beat him!" He stood up in righteous fury. "I may be a Villain. I may have wanted Sportacus gone! But this is MY town! And if he thinks he can destroy MY town, kill MY nemesis, then I'll just have to teach him that I AM NUMBER ONE!"

InFAMOUS 1 Cole.

Speed Equalized.

Robbie has 4 months to prepare.

Evil Cole Profle
These powers are only good for one thing. Letting me get what I want, when I want.

Cole has the AP advantage to one shot (38 megatons vs Cole's massive scaling chain from 28 megatons), but I don't think he has what it takes to withstand Robbie's hax.

4 months prep gives him more than enough time to make a few Roboticus bots, and while they'll also be overpowered by Cole via AP and his electromagnetic capabilities, they'll distract Cole long enough for Robbie to hit him with the Remote Control or BFR him with the scanner. Also, assuming he has time to research his opponents, he could figure out Cole's reliance on electricity or weakness to water, meaning he could knock out the power in the area they're fighting in and/or flood it, forcing Cole on the defensive and limiting his maneuverability/power sources

Unless Robbie ends up dropping the ball that hard, he can likely hit Cole with something that will put him out of the game.

I mean, given the circumstances, he'd only really be able to research him via news updates, so it depends on if any News Broadcaster can figure out Cole's weaknesses in order for Robbie to know them or show enough footage of Cole for Robbie to find out for himself.

My question is if Cole could dodge long enough to land a hit on Robbie before Robbie can hax. He can deal with multiple opponents who can threaten him after all (see his fight with Kessler). Robbie has the advantage of knowing how dangerous Cole is in comparison to himself, so he'd know to be careful at least.

I was gonna say how in the epilogue comics news broadcasts were being leaked where citizens were talking about life in the Empire Quarantine, meaning there's a chance people will discuss Cole's actions, but then I remembered that was only in the Good Karma storyline.

Well Robbie knows Cole was strong enough to kill the guy that regularly outsmarts and defeats him, so he'll know to bring his A-game. That said, it is a question if Cole's skill and ability to multitask on the battlefield will let him dodge everything Robbie can throw at him.

I'm leaning toward yes thanks to experience + Precision mode, but I guess it really depends if Robbie can figure out to knock out the power to dull Cole's senses and control the battle area.

Robbie was capable of tanking the Moon hit without damage so I don't think Cole can one shot

Tbf, Cole also survived an attack with a similar yield at his weakest, so its not like Robbie's out of stomping range.

Btw, can someone show me a clip of the Scanner BFR'ing someone? I need to check something

>Hax.

>inFAMOUS 1 Cole.

Sure, if you count his one durability ignoring move.

Also, Cole's scaling chain is huge. Robbie does not have AP.
