Risky takes this. I don't think Kars can kill her 12 different times without Risky slapping him first. Also, I'm pretty sure Risky's hax is more suited to kill Kars than Kars' hax is suited to kill Risky.

Add on his Regenerationn and the fact that he only needs to touch make me belive he takes this quite nicely
