The Star Wars wiki listed the type of ships observed in the Battle. Lando conjured a mis-matched Frankenstein fleet from his space-portal.

Here are the notably large ships:

Nebulon-C Escort Frigate (549.17 meters long)

@Lord Whis That's not how we do scaling because it's complete speculation. Shields are also thousands of times stronger.

Honestly I was so excited I didn't even hear what he said. I had been hoping for this since the beginning of the fight. I was hoping that at the last moment the rebel fleet would come just to get vaporised by Sidious' lightning and when that actually happened just as I pictured it... I had a genuine nerdgasm.

The only disappointment was that I had heard about Jedi cameos and I thought Rey and Kylo were dead and the spirits of all the Jedi would cone and fight Sidious ala dark empire.

I don't remember. She fought both Windu and Palpatine

Its for the ships. Each ship has at least Large Mountain level+ durability and Palp disabled multiple of them. Even Soldier Blue accepted it

Vader used to be Large Mountain level for deflecting Proton Torpedoes, but it was previously removed due to inconsistency.

Attack Potency: likely Large Mountain level (It's the same as his durability, due to it being the same power just used in different fashion)

Durability: likely Large Mountain level with Force amplification (Appears capable of erecting a barrier powerful enough to cause Proton Torpedoes to veer off course and defend himself from the explosions)

The feat comes from Vader Dow #1, meaning it scales to his Post A New Hope key. Speaking of that, I think it should be changed a tad, as the Battle with Ahsoka (who's comparable to Old Ben Kenobi) took place in 3 BBY. Vader also claims to be more powerful than Anakin at the very start of the Galactic Civil War and was used to his cybernetics.

In my opinion, Yoda and Windu scale of course. Talzin could be likely because no she didn't lost to Windu, the fight was interrupted by the destruction of the device she was using to suck the life-force of Jar-Jar girlfriend (can't remember her name) and before that, she was on equal terms with Windu. And she was capable of fighting Sidious on equal terms with her own Force Lightning in Son of Dathomir and they were equal to each other. It's only when Dooku joined Sidious that she was gradually overpowered.

If we're not sure for her, we can still make her "likely 6-C"

As a big SW fan (although i almost despise the last film), i really like that Sidious and other characters will be upgraded.
