Rick gets one shot easily. And I don't think he can create Low 2-C technology in just a week. Not to mention Master Hand could create armies upon armies of cloned fighters that likely could be Low 2-C if he wanted them too. The general gist of what I'm saying is, a week wouldn't be enough preperation for Rick to create a universe destroying device, not to mention one he can use before getting reality warped out of existance, or zerg rushed by endless fighters or polygons or wire frames or alloys or miis or what have you, or put to sleep before he can do anything, or before Master Hand caually destroys the planet leaving Rick an a vaccume unable to breath, or pinned to the ground with Gravity Manipulation. Master Hand's hax could be used long before Rick even fully understands what's happening. Master Hand likely could find whatever he needed to about Rick meanwhile Master Hand is mysterious in nature and in-universe little to no information is avalible on him. Ripping Master Hand in half with the portal gun would just break to no master core rule. Master Hand could just BFR Meekseeks. Size dose not matter in the slightest. I highly doubt Master Hand is seciptible to disease. Time Freeze could be a problem, but there's nothing much Rick could do to Master Hand, and that breaks the rules of speed equalization. Concentrated Dark Matter means nothing since Master Hand is far more durable than Rick could deal when going at that speed, and it breaks the rules of speed equalization as well. Freeze Ray is mostly used for nonviolent neutrilization. The Particle Watch means little to somebody resistant to spacial manipulation. The Anti-Matter Gun could be an issue, but Master Hand likely could use a duplicated fighter or some creation to block it. While Rick has better range, the portal gun likely couldn't damage Master Hand and none of Rick's other options could reach him. And if Rick dosn't go far enough, Master Hand could reality warp to his wrist's content without Rick being able to do a thing unless he manages to get back. Master Hand is just better in every conciveable way if Rick only has one week of prep. And once again, aside from building technology, prep time is far more useful to Master Hand than Rick, since virtually nothing is known about Master Hand in universe. Rick wouldn't be able to create things to counter Master Hand since the information about what he does is so limited (Once again, in universe). To put it simply, because I've been typing this for a half hour now, Master Hand wins.
