Rick is massively multiversal, Strange is high end universal. Rick has also countered magic before. Strange is only massively multiversal by merging with eternity. Literally the only way for him to win is to merge with eternity. His magic being flexible doesen't mean much if Rick can counter magic AND holds a tremoundous advantage in firepower.
