Replace Rage Power with broader Emotion Power

I mean a compilation of around 4-6 images could work well but will depend on their resolution to how they will be positioned...but first we would likely need to start to gather some images for know characters with such power and/or images that show/explain it well.

Hm?

For the types I guess a division like this could work:

-Emotional
-Environmental
-Situational

Some people said Environmental could fall under absorption, but some cases don't involve that, sometimes just being in that environment makes them stronger without needing to absorb anything.

A good description from the Powerlisting Wiki relevant to this:

As a trait, the users become stronger, faster, more durable, etc. when they come in contact with a certain concept, object, event, or emotion, possibly unlocking abilities related to the affinity and enhancing the existing powers (E.g.: those with Water Empowerment may be able to unlock Water Manipulation when they are in a large body of water). Some users may be able draw sustenance from their affinity or even slow or stop aging.

So sub-types being Emotion Empowerment (user gets stronger through certain feelings), Environment Empowerment (user gets stronger in a certain location), and Situational Empowerment (user gets stronger in certain circumstances, like being in combat), all make sense to me.

We don't really need types, do we? It's just complicating things but the core of the ability is the same for all of them, it's not like Multiple Selves that actually has important changes in function between types

Well, we don't need types, but sometimes they help. Like how all forms of immortality are basically just the user surviving when a person shouldn't but through different means.

Yeah but Immortality types serve different functions, they're really a bunch of unrelated abilities linked under one name. Empowerment is really just the same concept, becoming stronger due to something that cannot be done at will, and the trigger is the only thing that changes between these types

Environmental would include day/night stuff too.
