Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Season 2 revisions (part 1 of 2(?))

Introduction​

Hello everyone, been awhile since i posted anything Power Rangers related here (almost a year lmao) and now i bring you all the promised S2 revisions. This will cover important hax, AP and speed buffs/additions for important characters, the main Rangers and villains, there will be another CRT (part 2) which will cover secondary characters including the Omega Rangers and some other mini-monsters. Before i begin i wanna thanks @ZeedKZ @Jamesthetaker and @Gonzalo for helping out with this project.... now without further ado let's get into the CRT

The Revision​

Season 1​

Ok so, i know i am the one who was complaining about how tier 5 Rangers don't work, so here i am now bring it back except this time we should have valid scaling and not random scaling through random crossovers.

Goldar and Silverback are said to be one of the most dangerous and strongest races in the universe, fighting many other powerful races throughout their lives for at least millions of years. Silverback and Goldar are the top with them also being the strongest of Zedd's forces that has conquered almost the entire universe

now you might be asking why i'm bring this? well, there is a race called Horrid who were created after some people did an experiment with the results blowing up their planet. Basically some people survived the explosion (they were literally on the planet when it exploded so they do scale) and turned into the Horrid. Before anyone says anything about the Horrid also being "one of the most dangerous in the universe", here is the catch, the Horrid did earn that title because they are super hard to interact with or even hit em let alone kill, they also rip your energy, life and soul out of you. What i am saying is that the Horrid got that title through haxes while Goldar and Silverback through brute force and war

So Goldar will have the below rating

Large Planet level (Goldar along with his brother are the strongest of the Pack, the most aggressive and one of the most powerful races in the entire universe which have been used by Lord Zedd to conquer the entire universe. Goldar is said to be the greatest warrior of Lord Zedd, ever since the death of his brother, which should make him superior to other weaker races like the Horrid who survived the destruction of their planet)

as for the Rangers

Large Planet level (Capable of clashing with Goldar and sometimes on equal footing)

needs to be noted that most monsters of the week, especially early ones, will downscale as they are not anywhere near as powerful as Goldar and they are powercliffed massively by the Ranger's constant power growth

Personally i would say that the monsters of episodes 2 and 3 (Minotaur and Bones) shall scale to Mountain level as they are right now since the Rangers stomped them pretty badly after the Power Weapons buff. The Rangers will clash with Goldar and King Sphinx, a monster of equal power to Goldar, from episode 4 and above and they were rather easily overpowered when fighting Goldar in episode 3 compared to later eps


Also for the Dinozords i wanna add that the Dragonzord is the strongest dinozord before the Megazords

Season 2​

Ok moving on from Season 1 buffs, Season 2 is also tier 5 but instead of large planet we hit dwarf star. This should be rather straight forward, Rita has a monster that can blow up the earth (Dwarf star level) and Zedd monsters are far superior to Rita's fodder monsters. Outlier? no, consistent since Zedd's early monsters can near-passively demolecularize the entire planet and Zedd's monsters only get powerful each time

so this is the new tier for the important characters

Jason:

Dwarf Star level (Can fight and defeat Zedd's monsters alone without the aid of his team. Monsters which are far superior to those of Rita's that can explode the Earth)

Tommy:

Dwarf Star level (Although weakened, he can still clash with Zedd's monster alongside Jason), higher as the White Ranger (Far superior to the peak of the Green Ranger powers, stated to be one of the most powerful Ranger in history and made the forces of good more powerful than ever)

Trini:

Dwarf Star level (Capable of clashing with Zedd's monsters alongside Jason)

Goldar:

Dwarf Star level (Zedd's number one general. He can clash with the White Ranger on equal footing)

High tiers​

Rita:​

Ok, this is a bit weird BUT we are gonna upgrade Rita to Zedd monster tier
Rita was confident enough to clash with Zedd and said that many characters far more powerful than Alpha 1 tried to kill her but failed. Alpha 1 the same who almost killed Goldar easily and survived a supernova

and why would the Empress of Evil be any weaker than her minions anyways, doesn't make much sense She was also able to deflect the power blaster
anyways this is gonna be her new tiering

At least Dwarf Star level (Is seen as far superior to the likes of Goldar. Clashed with Zedd, although she is far weaker, after murdering his generals. Claimed that many beings more powerful than Alpha 1 tried to kill her but failed, with Alpha 1 being able to easily kill Goldar and survive a supernova, although exact details on what happened during those "failed attempts" were never given)

Lokar:​

The star of tier 2 MMPR, anyways, he is already tier 2 but i figured i boost the scaling with more evidence
it is already accepted that Lokar upscales every energy and object up to that time so he also upscales:
-The Power Eggs who are said to contain the power of a fourth dimensional universe and they can shatter it
so Lokar's new explanation is the following

Universe level+ (Stated to have more energy than everything zordon sensed before [2]and more power than Rita would ever hope to have [1], would include energies that can weaken the main universe and a realm beyond time, that have as a result to also affect significantly the entire timeline [4] but also superior to dimensions that contain almost infinite energy that allows to replicate everything in the universe but also controls supernatrual forces like fate [5]. This also makes him superior to the Power Eggs who are said to contain the power of a fourth dimensional universe and they can shatter it)

there are some other things but they are in S3 so just saying that the uni+ will be boosted even more

Zedd tiers:​

Now, i won't talk about it much but Zedd upscales Lokar and everyone who has any scaling to him will get uni+ rating, more of that in the reworks below
but the following people will get uni+
-Zeo Rangers-Machine Empire
-Omega Rangers-Villains who scale to them
-Master/Mistress Vile
-Green Ranger Matt
Above mentioned characters already scale to Zedd from their profiles so there isn't much to talk about

Dragonzord:​

Dragonzord will get a new key called Season 2, as it was able to one shot a weakened White Tigerzord after having its powers increased by the Wizard of Deception so it gets the following rating

At least Universe level+ (Destroyed a weakened White Tigerzord Warrior Mode in a single attack, fought with the Thunder Megazord although it almost got destroyed while doing so)

Spoiler: Lifting Strength

So there was a Rita Class P calc that everyone would scale to (Was accepted last CRT) but i remade the calc here

So basically, instead of Class P, now everyone becomes Class M
edit: calc has problems, need to look into it more, i'll bring it up again in future crt

But anyone who scales to Zedd will become Class Y. Although i wanna clarify, simply scaling to Zedd won't give you auto Class Y, you need some pretty good scaling to do so

Also for unmorphed Rangers, their lifting strength will be updated as they can throw putties really far and upscale Bulk who can bend steel so
At least Class 5 (Capable of throwing others really far. Can defeat Z-Putties who are far stronger than normal Putties who are stronger than humans such as Bulk's ancestor who can easily bend steel)

Ranger Physiology​

• Deconstruction (Molecular; The attacks of the Rangers are all covered in Grid Energy as it is their power source. Those that explode from an attack from a Power Ranger will disintegrate and be destroyed on the molecular level)
• Space Survival (The Ranger suits allow the user for space exploration)
• Additional Instictive Action (The Morphin Grid will guide the Ranger to know the perfect move in a fight, even if the Ranger themselves don't know what to do)
• Resistance to heat and cold becomes Resistance to Extreme Temperatures (The Ranger suit allow them to survive in environments that otherwise would be lethal to normal humans although the extent depends on the feats showcased by the Ranger team)
• Resistance to Perception Manipulation (By Morphing a Ranger can resist effects that target the senses, for a limited time that is)
• Resistance to Soul Manipulation, Fire Manipulation (Soul Burning), Empathic Manipulation, Corruption (Types 1 and 2), Possession and Mind Manipulation (Due to their "Good" nature of their Grid Energy they store within their suits they can withstand Dark Specter's influence that burns the soul of others, fully corrupts themand take control of their minds and bodies turning them evil)
• Removal of extreme cold resistance as due to new standards surviving in space no longer gives that

Evil Space Alien Physiology​

• Space Survival (All monsters operate on space)
• Immersion (Monsters can easily jump into fictional stories)
• Resistance to Magnetism Manipulation (Capable of remaining unaffectedwhile Manget Brain was messing with Earth's polarity)
• Resistance to Mind Manipulation (All monsters can listen to Pumpkin Raper'shypnotic raps without an issue)
• Resistance to Durability Negation (Internal Damage; All monsters can travel through dimensions without a problem which can be very dangerous as it can cause internal damages)
• Resistance to Radiation (Monsters can blow up Power Plants without minding the radiation)
• Resistance to Time Manipulation (Reverse and Acceleration;Monsters are fine on Earthdespite the Earth spinning, reversing time due to the Rock of Time's effect)
• Resistance to Fragrance Manipulation (Capable of being near Goldar who has such a bad breath that not even Bulk and Skull can stand itdespite them being able to endure smells, that knock out humans, with no problem)
• Resistance to Empathic Manipulation (Monsters are not effected by touching the magical rope that makes, anyone that it comes in contact with, be over competitive with another person)
• Resistance to Empathic Manipulation, Mind Manipulation, Deconstruction (Molecular), Existence Erasure, Illusion Creation and Fear Manipulation (Scale to weaker magical beings like Quagmire who is not effected by theIsland of Illusion)
• Resistance to Paralysis Inducement (All monsters can be stabbed and suffer attacks from the Power Lance but not get stunned)

Power Rangers​

Morphed:

• So you all know how the weapons of the Rangers have deconstruction, possibly existence erasure? so, i have finally the clear answer.......it is both, so along with the obvious deconstruction stuff, the scripts of the episodes state that objects/opponents hit by the Power Rangers weapons completely disappear, are blasted out of existence, vanishing from existence, completely disappear (again), vanish into thin air. So Additional Deconstruction and Existence Erasure (Those that are blasted by the Power Weapons or the Blade Blasters can make others completely disappear, making them vanish into thin air. The Thunder Slingers can make the Super Putties be blasted out of existence despite them being able to resist previous mentioned weapons) also more deconstruction showings can be found here and here. Also the Power Weapons can erase others as seen here
• Paralysis Inducement via Blade Blaster (Its laser beam can immobilize others)
• Void Manipulation (The Power Canon reduces others to nothingness)
• Flight (Restricted flight; They can levitate as seen here)
• Rage Power (Anger allows the Rangers to increase their power and destroy in a few strikes opponents that were otherwise superior to them)
• Additional Accelerated Development (The Rangers constantly grow in Power as they were able to defeat all of their strongest foes of the past in a few hits. Caught up to the level of Zedd's new monsters after encountering them, with Zedd's monsters growing constantly stronger. Instantly got enough power to overpower and fight many Chaos Putties where just some panels ago were completely overpowered by just one)
• Power Nullification and Energy Manipulation (The Power Coins nullified the effects of the Candles, that were absorbing the powers of the Power Rangers, and turned them into energy that returned to the respective Ranger.The attacks of the Rangers can nullify forcefields)
• Additional Reactive Evolution (Magnet Brain's magnetic blasts were able to pierce through the Ranger's resistances but Rangers built resistance to it as they weren't effected by the blasts the second time they were hit. Their weapons were able to adapt to the level of resistance of the suits and erase the Blue Ranger but the suits will also adapt to said adaptation so the Rangers won't be effected by the enhanced abilities of their weapons)
• Additional Enhanced Senses (The dino-eyes in the Ranger's helmets are capable of "seeing" the danger coming)
• Attack Reflection (Can physically reflect attacks)
• Additional Information Analysis (The Ranger can quickly analyze and figure out the weak points of the opponent, as they did with Bones, Squatt's droidand the Z-Putties)
• Sound Manipulation (By generating music, the Power Weapons can create musical attacks)
• Resistance to Curse Manipulation and Perception Manipulation (The Rangers negated Zedd's curse, that makes the target see everyone as Putties, after morphing)
• Additional Resistance to Sound and Electricity Manipulation (Withstood Robogoat's attacksthat have high levels of electromagnetic and sonic distortions.The Rangers can withstand sound attacksfrom Lipsyncher that are powerful enough to explode statues)
• Additional Resistance to Mind Manipulation (The Rangers can concentrate and control their thoughts which allows them to bypass Guitard's mind manipulation abilities that can pierce through their resistances, even after Guitardo enhanced his music it was still difficult for him to control the Rangers)
• Additional Resistance to Fire Manipulation (Withstood Saliquana's flamethrower attack. Mocked the heat of Flame Headwho can burn all of Angel Grove into ashes, turning it into the hottest place on Earth. Withstood a casual explosion from an Empyreal which are some of the strongest in the entire galaxy, with Earth's weapons being "generations below" even the Eltarians who can't match the explosions of the Empyreals, making them more powerful than nuclear bombsthat can produce temperatures of about 100 million degrees Celsius)
• Resistance to Magnetism Manipulation (Unaffected by Magnet Brain's magnetic powersthat were powerful enough to mess with Earth's polarityto the point of demolecularizing the entire planet.Gained resistance to Magnet Brain's blaststhat pierced their resistances)
• Additional Resistance to Corrosion Inducement (Capable of resisting a venom from a giant spider from the Zarathustra dimension that is corrosive enough to melt some cocoons that cannot be melted by any corrosive on earth)
• Resistance to Acid Manipulation (Scaling from their Power Weapons that were not digested by the Pudgy Pigwho can eat and digest the entire world's supply in under 48 hours)
• Additional Resistance to Disease Manipulation and Poison Manipulation (Their suits can block the exposure, for a time at least, of Swampman that is so poisonous to the point of infecting and killing everything on planet Earth)
• Additional Resistance to Deconstruction (Atomic; Zedd stated that a nuclear earthquake would shake everything into atoms but the Rangers and their zords and Quantum; Withstood a blast from the Empyreal which can destroy Zordon's quantum molecules and sub-atomic particles)
• Resistance to Void Manipulation (Capable of resisting their weapons including the Power Canon that reduces others to nothingness)
• Resistance to Extreme Temperatures (Withstood the icy cold of rapidly passing nights and the searing heat of swiftly transcending days while they were falling through time itself)
• Resistance to Fragrance Manipulation (Capable of being near Goldar who has such a bad breath that not even Bulk and Skull can stand itdespite them being able to endure smells, that knock out humans, with no problem)
• Additional Resistance to Poison Manipulation (Can withstand strikes from King Sphinx which are covered in deadly venom)
• Additional Resistance to Paralysis Inducement (Were able to continue walking for hundreds of meters despite being hit by Needlenose's paralyzing sporesthat normal humans cannot withstand. All Rangers can resist their own weapons which includes the Power Lance which can stun the enemy)
• Resistance to Extreme Cold and Absolute Zero (Unaffected by the temperatures of the planet Saard which is one of the coldest planet in the galaxy, should be comparable to the Space Aliens who can endure the freezing temperatures of planets and moon of our solar system. Resisted Terror Blossom's petalswhich freeze anything they touch, completely bring movement to halt by freezing the particles of the body), now there should be the following note to explain further the context Note: After Terror Blossom froze the Rangers, stopping their movement, Billy's cell based stimulation set on high did not do anythingand even after boosting it from the command center which easily reached sub-atomic level, they still weren't able to move and only negated the effect by using the max power of the entire command center (yk the same that can supply entire pocket dimensions? and do more crazy shit like that) implying that Terror Blossom's freezing capabilities reach that level. Also Terror Blossom is said to be able to freeze everything even Power Plants

Season 2 exclusive:

• Flight and Enhanced Senses via Jetting (Their suits are updated with the jetting system which allows them to fly above the clouds and scan and search enemies from above)

Unmorphed:

• Additional Enhanced Senses (Sensed Goldar's arrival a hundrend meters away)
• Resistance to Fire Manipulation (Scaling to Bulk and Skull that can touch and grab objects that just landed after atmospheric entry)
• Resistance to Cold (Even while unmorphed the Rangers can withstand a lot of cold)
• Resistance to Empathic Manipulation and Energy Absorption through Supernatural Willpower (The Rangers overpowered and resisted the abilities of the Mirror of Regretwhich uses a person's weaknesses and bad memories against them, draining their confidence and energy. According to the scripts, the island of illusion also drains the confidence of someone) Resistance to the island of illusion is already in the profiles if anyone is curious

Trini:

• Spatial Manipulation and Power Nullification (Trini's Power Daggers can penetrate dimensions and nullify magic spells)

Tommy:
Before we begin. Tommy's p&a section will become this, splitting the abilities based on the season and arc

• Additional Enhanced Senses (The White Light honed his senses and cleared his mind) this is also an unmorphed ability
• Power Nullification (By playing the Dragon Dagger flute, he can nullify sound based abilities)
• Additional Absorption (Tommy absorbed some of his powers back after he made contact with the Chaos Crystal that held his powers)
• Resistance to Mind Manipulation and Paralysis Inducement (Thanks to Billy's new device, the Rangers are protected from Pursehead's raythat freezes the minds of others)

Green:

• Aditional Deconstruction and Existence Erasure (The Dragon Dagger destroyed Guitardo into particles that fade from existence)
• Non-Physical Interaction and Regeneration (High; The Green Ranger's powers can be used to destroy Zordon forever. A being that exists only as pure consciousness locked in a time warp, a void outside and between time and space. Zordon can also reform himself after being de-energizeddespite his energies existing at the quantum level)

White:

• Flight and Energy Projection via Saba (Saba can fly and shot energy blasts from his eyes)
• Additional Existence Erasure (Can make the opponent get erased from existence with his attacks)
• Absorption (His shield can absorb liquids that come in-contact with it)
• limited flight (Capable of flying to an extent)
• Electricity Manipulation and Paralysis Inducement (Can create an electric field around the opponent which also restricts movement)
• Resistance to Power Nullification and Power Absorption (Due to special connections to the White Light, Tommy's powers cannot be absorbed or nullified by evil.

Rita Repulsa:​

• Additional Fire and Electricity Manipulation (Can generate fire and electricity from her hands)
• Additional Teleportation (Can teleport others with a touch of her wand)
• BFR (Can trap others into books. Locked Zordon's consciousness into a time warp)
• Empathic Manipulation, Mind Manipulation, Deconstruction (Molecular), Existence Erasure, Illusion Creation and Fear Manipulation (Is said to be the one who placed the spell on the Island of Illusion which can create illusions that are so powerful they can project the fear of the person tothe point of demolecularizing them whichends up completely dematerializing the person from existence. It is also said it can asborb confidence)
• Supernatural Willpower (Came out of her Dumpster fine despite being forced to relieve the pain and memories of all her 4,239,172 victims for 10 thousand years)
• Resistance to Extreme Cold (Can endure the cold of Uranus which is as low as -195°C)

Dino Megazord/Dinozords:​

• Additional Electricity manipulation (The Power Sword creates bolts of electric energy)
• Additional Enhanced Senses (They contain targeting systemsand danger sensors)
• Dimensional Travel (Can fly through hyperspace)
• Resistance to Hacking and Technology Manipulation (The Zords have systems that can overpower and nullify abilities that take control of the Zords. Billy created a device that protects the Zords from Pirantishead's and Zedd's abilities to control any machine)
• Additional Resistance to Extreme Temperatures (The Triceratops Dinozord can pierce through Earth's mantle. Other Dinozords scale to that)

Goldar:​

• Additional BFR (BFR'ed the Rangers to the dimension of doom)
• Cloth Manipulation (Changed Kimberly's clothes)
• Energy Manipulation (Capable of creating various energy constructs)
• Smoke Manipulation (Can generate smoke)
• Absorption (Can absorb others into his sword)
• Additional Summoning (Can summon various mystical such as the Mirror of Regret)
• Resistance to Extreme Temperatures (His weapons and armor were forged in the volcanic magma of Rhea. He was born in Titan, the moon of Saturn, which has freezing temperatures of -179 degrees Celsius)

Pudgy Pig:​

• Fragrance Manipulation (He can release a warm, smelly steam breath)

Lord Zedd:​

Lord Zedd's magic and power is said to be beyond Rita's imagination, he also has an experience of at least several thousand eons of learning dark magic, being one of the greatest magicians ever and superior to Rita

Why am i saying that? Basically because of the above, i'm proposing to give Zedd all of Rita's abilities through dark magic

Range:​

Starting from the simplest one, this is nothing crazy, the attacks of the Rangers can go up to 5,245 kilometers so they all scale to that for now

Kilometers with Ranged attacks (The Rangers have a range of 5,245 kilometers with their weapons)

Speed:​

This should be simple, the Reaction Speed of the characters will change. Zedd can react to objects flying way fast than Serpentera which is fast enough to travel to the most distant galaxy in minutes, so
MFTL+ Reactions (Zedd can react to the Thunderzord Assault Team flying, which is capable of flying faster than Serpentera which can travel to the most distant galaxy in minutes)
Andros (the Red Space Ranger) can react to Zedd and the MMPR scale to Andros in speed (that scaling is already accepted and used on profiles)

Skill:​

Won't be bibles this time

All Rangers:​

• Capable of imitating attacks, with the same focus and accuracy
• The Ranger can quickly analyze and figure out the weak points of the opponent, as they did with Bones, Squatt's droid and the Z-Putties
• Have knowledge over ancient martial arts and can combat others who use such knoweldge
• The Power Rangers are experts in martial arts

Tommy:​

• Tommy knows 7 different mixed martial arts
• Tommy learns the attacks of the opponent, the same attack doesn't work twice
• Tommy is an expert in all kinds of martial arts
• Tommy's main fighting style is an american style that combines every style of martial art out there
• Comparable to Saba who has tactical intelligence

Stamina:​

• The Rangers were able to continue fighting Bloom of Doom after being electrocuted and burned by her poison petals that make you feel of combusting (All Rangers)
• Despite it being a simulation, Goldar was confident he could take on a vast army of an entire planet for the entirey day and night right after he got stabbed in the back (Goldar)
• Jason was not only able to endure the Blue Emissary expanding his brain to all of past and the future, which can make other not be able to breath, move or think according to the Blue Emissary, which left his fellow Rangers incapitated, but also capable of fighting despite all that (Jason)

i kinda already am, the profiles rn combine boom studios (and comics in general) and tv show

it is gonna change but i'm saving that for later (Continuity will be part of my cosmology CRT)

but now i believe this CRT can be applied, which i'll do when i find free time since i'm a bit busy these days
