Introduction

Welcome everyone to the so-long-waited MMPR revisions, also happy 30th anniversary!, there wouldn't be a better timing lul. Before i begin i wanna credit @ZeedKZ , @Jamesthetaker , @BERRIES555 and @Gonzalo for helping with those revisions, and yes this revision only covers the S1 stuff since MMPR in itself is gigantic, now without further talking let's get into the revisions!!

Basically explaining a few things for non-fans so they can understand multiple things in the revision

Zordon: An interdimensional being caught in a time-warp because of Rita's magic

Time-Warp: said to be a complete void outside space and time

Morphin Grid: the source of life and the powers of the Rangers

the word Galaxy is also used for Universe for whatever reasons

Their willpower allow them to break free from Rita's fear spells. Their will to work together also nullified the magical affect of the boomerang of the Slippery Shark which made Jason and Tommy hate each other

They were able to defeat and destroy Super Putties after they first couldn't, which are invincible and capable of regenerating from any damage even if torn to pieces, they also regenerate into 2 new putties if one is destroyed, they were going to destroy the Gumble Bee who is made of more Super Clay than a normal Super Putty
Regeneration Negation (High-Mid): Can destroy Super Putties who can reform after being blown to pieces. Were going to fully destroy the Gumblee Bee who is made of more Super Clay than the normal Super Putty

Resistance to Poison Manipulation: Can survive Pollunicorn's wind attacks that are extemely poisonous to the point of polluting entire planets
Resistance to Disease Manipulation: Their suits prevent any kind of disease from entering their bodies
limites Resistance to Paralysis Inducement: Broke out of the immobilizing poison of the Goopy Fish although needed some time
Resistance to Corrosion Inducement: After Alpha updated their suits they were able to resist the poison of the Jellyfish that is corrosive and can bypass their previous resistances

Stamina
Superhuman (Can engage in very long fights, did over 2 thousand bench presses without a break, The Rangers can continue fighting while getting passively drained of their stamina. Jason's week is filled with monster fighting, training, studying, karate club and basically repeat with little to no rest. Comparable to Trini)

Intelligence
Genius in combat
Jason is a black belt champion in karate, knows jiujitsu, boxing and Kung Fu, he has defeated foes with over billions of years old fighting experience who are professionally trained warriors that engaged into combat with the most skilled and powerful warriors across dimensions, some warriors which already fought Ranger teams in the past like Goldar, Jason can hold his own against both Goldar and Tommy as well as defeat professional and extremely skilled ninjas. Jason has also trained with Tommy on many weapons such as swords, katanas, daggers, nuchaku and more. Jason and the Rangers have a style that involves around anticipating attacks, Jason can also memorize fighting styles (by seeing em once scaling to Putties) and by doing so he can distinguish the differences between people thanks to it but also by memorizing ones fighting style Jason can also be able to know their moves before they even do them even if said moves already work through anticipation. It is implied the Rangers can predict the opponent by seeing their footwork. Jason can memorize fighting styles like that of Trini which focus on the spiritual training of kung Fu and multiple variations of it like the Mantis Kung Fu which is a Chinese martial art that works by attacking the vital spots of the enemy, Zack's own fighting style which works by fusing multiple fighting styles with his dancing moves to increase unpredictability but also Kimberly's fighting style which also combines her martial arts with gymnastics which is strong enough fighting style to push Zedd's armies back. Rangers can copy and mimic each other's fighting styles so perfectly you can't tell them apart. The Rangers as seen can create their own fighting styles with combining multiple factors, even Bulk and Skull could create their own fighting style of cockroach Kung Fu which surprisingly was able to work against Rita's elite warriors. Jason and the Rangers are also very intelligent on the environment. They can analyze the behavior of the enemy to take advantage or also try to discover the weakness of an enemy and exploit it, they also use the environment around em to gain an advantage all which are done mid-fight, also Jason defeated a monster by gaining advantage of the pitch-black mist, by using all those factors the Rangers can adapt to scenarios much like the Putties. On top of everything the Rangers can heavily increase their skill in very short time-frames, even mid-combat, when Rita's ranger putties mimicked their style perfectly to the point of knowing and predicting their attacks before they even do them, the Rangers couldn't land a hit but instantly adapted to land multiple hits after and dodge their attacks, when overpowered at the first time by putties and goldar as well as other monsters, the Rangers constantly train to be able to easily outskill anything that previous they couldn't beat, another good example when Trini couldn't understand or do well the Mantis Kung Fu, she trained a little bit after she got motivated and perfectly counter all of Mantis' monster's mastery over the Mantis Kung Fu skill or when Billy went from nothing fodder of martial arts to beating putties who are extreme martial artists that were trained for billion of years to fighting the greatest warriors in every dimension. Also needs to be noted, when morphing the Rangers are increased in skill considerably, even those who don't know martial arts can be transformed into a lethal weapon, the grid also amplifies the intelligence of others and also gives them a preset instinct/sixth sense that allows them to know the perfect moveset in a fight before they even think of doing a move. On top of everything Jason constantly learns new moves while he perfects old ones and can fight with opponents that know and excel in every martial art to exist but also the Rangers can grow rapidly as Kimberly learnt how to fly a plane in minutes and the Rangers were able to beat an elite team of ballhockey, that never lost a game in 2 entire years, after training on the sport for some hours despite having no knowledge on it. The Rangers are very well trainers as they can get their students to the highest level of martial arts in the martial art tournaments

Genius in combat (Trini is very skilled in Kung Fu, Ju-jitsu and karate. The Rangers have a fighting style that also revolves around anticipating attacks and can also predict the opponent by their footwork. The Rangers can copy each other techniques to the point that you can't call them apart. Can fight against opponents with billion of years experience fighting against Rangers but also enemies that excel in all martial arts. She completely countered the moveset of the Mantis, who is a master at the Mantis Kung Fu, after some small practicing despite her not being good at the Mantis Kung Fu at the start. Abilities of the Red Ranger+
Martial Arts: The zord can use martial art moves and is capable of being formidable in combat even without being controlled by a Ranger
Breath Attack and Deconstruction: The breath of the Tyranno Dinozord destroys the enemy into particles, completely vaporizing them
Stealth Mastery: The Tyranno Dinozord can be extremely stealthy, allowing it to bypass even the sensors of the other Zords
Sound Manipulation: Can create powerful sonic roars
Non-Physical Interaction: The zords can physically destroy Rita's mimic putty which allows everything to phase through it and also be resistant to physical damage due to its physiology, even bypassing the NPI of the power weapons
Earth Manipulation: Can create earthquakes with its stomps

Flight: Zords can traverse space
Enhanced Senses and Information Analysis: The zords contain the I/O ssensors that stream their environmental readings, analyze them through computations and presents them to the user allowing them to take the correct balance and movement. Zords also can sense others hundrend of kilometers away and sense and analyze invisible energies. The Zords contain megareceptors and contains information about the status of the Zord. The Zords thanks to their sensors can do energy and power readings allowing them to locate objects and such. The Power Readings also allow them to know about abilities that are about to happen. The Zords can analyse others and their internal functions as well as their current status. The Zords contains radars and sensors that allow em to scan and track down others. Attack Potency

This will be easy, the are 2 options for the Ranger AP
1# The Rangers scale to L7B, Small City Level+ due to Madame Woe creating a big storm that gets that high
or
2# The Rangers scale to 7A, Mountain level due to Minotaur crashing into the earth
now which one will be selected depends on if the Minotaur calc gets accepted or not

What i wanna discuss is the potential higher tier, basically Madame Woe being able to control the sun, now it is confirmed by herself, rita, zordon AND guidebooks so it is legit but there are 3 ways we can treat it
1# Possibly Star level (Superior to Madame Woe who can control the sun)
or
2# Likely higher (Superior to Madame Woe who can control the sun)
or
3# too vague to be used at all
im with 3 since controlling the sun is very vague but i heard mixxed opinions about it so i'll see what the people here have to say

As for villains, they scale to whatever the Rangers gonna be, upscale or downscale it depends. OH and every monster gonna get split in keys

as the Monster has increase in abilities or stats, i dont understand why we composite the monster profiles

For Rita, she scales to destroying the island of illusion BUT with her magic she scales higher, can scale to the Zords and create Solar eclipses so her tiering will be
Country level physically, [[Insert zord tier]] with magic
im not accounting the 10x stat amps when her palace is on earth but that would be obvious on how to insert on the profile

Now for the Zords and Megazords, instead of downgrading, i am here to upgrade them
the Zords are the greatest technology yet ever made, that is important as for very far weaker and old technologies have some very interesting feats and statements

#1: Zordon's and Rita's technology completely destroyed planets and annihilated stars as well as upsetting entire solar systems
now, destroying planets should also be within the star ranges, why? Simple, Rita's monsters destroying the Earth? dwarf star feat, also Earth is a very tiny planet as Zordon and many villains said and when villains destroyed those planets, the calc got them to small star so the planet destruction here is FAR better than actual planet tier. The zords upscale that but this is more supporting stuff

#2: Alpha one once was sent to a solar system and he got blasted by a supernova in the face, he did survive the supernova although with damages. Now Alpha one returned on Earth and challanged the Dino Megazord with a far more powerful body, verdict? the Dino Megazord blasts him so hard he got destroyed to the point of being far more visualy damages than when he got smacked by the Supernova

So the Dino Megazord gets the following tier

Large Star level (Destroyed Alpha one's new kaiju sized body and himself on a bigger level from when he got hit by a supernova which he also survived in a far old and weaker body. The Zords are the greatest and more powerful technology the universe knows which should be far more powerful than Rita's and Zordon's technology which destroyed planets, far bigger than Earth, stars and were able to upset solar systems)

Now the Dragonzord should scale as it can break objects that not even the Megazord can damage, the Dragonzord is also consistently on par with the Megazord
Large Star Level (Destroyed a web-prison that not even the Dino Megazord could break free from, is seen as comparable to the Dino Megazord and often fight together against comparable threats)

The Tyranno Dinozord also scales but is seen as weaker than both
Large Star Level (Can harm the Dragonzord and beings comparable to the Dino Megazord but is seen as weaker than both)

Now other than that i wanna propose 2 keys Pre-Doomsday and Post Doomsday
So pre-doomsday will scale to the above, post doomsday will be a 10x amp basically the Zords were able to defeat an amped Cyclopsis after the Accelerated Development kicked in
Now about the amps, Cyclopsis was buffed by all of Rita's magic but also Lokar's magic that at the time were amplified 10x normal, Cyclopsis at his normal state is more powerful than the Dino Megazord and can't be beaten without the Titanuszord so the amped Cyclopsis should be 10x the Megazord

if this goes through then the following ability will also be added to the Zords
Accelerated Development: Quickly grew in strength to match that of Doomsday amped Cyclopsis that was ten times more powerful than the Dino Megazord

By God Tiers, im refering to Lokar and the Ultrazord who have some very interesting stuff
so Lokar was said by Zordon to be more powerful than any energy or power he ever sensed, also Scorpina said his power is more than anything Rita would ever hope to do
that would make Lokar upscale from 2 things

#1 Rita once used energies that allowed her to weaken the main universe and a realm beyond time, that had as a result to also affect significantly the entire timeline

#2 A pocket dimension within the command center contains almost infinite energy that allows to replicate everything in the universe but also controls supernatrual forces like fate

So im proposing the below tier for Lokar

Universal+ (Stated to have more energy than everything zordon sensed before and the more power than Rita would ever hope to have, would include energies that can weaken the main universe and a realm beyond time, that have as a result to also affect significantly the entire timeline but also superior to dimensions that contain almost infinite energy that allows to replicate everything in the universe but also controls supernatrual forces like fate)

the Ultrazord scales as it can literally one shot Lokar so easily
Universal+ (Can one shot Lokar)

they also have no anti-feats and are constantly portrayed that strong so they are not outliers or anything

Lifting Strength


Squatt was able to completely immobilize Rita with his strength with her having to shake him off with her staff
for those who thinking it might be an outlier, nah. Rita is known for her spell power and sometimes AP, she isn't known for her super OP lifting strength so monsters being superior to her in LS is not an outlier or anything

oh and Rita has physical feats of Class P so the Rangers and everyone else will scale to Class P lifting strength

as for the Zords, they were able to physically overpower Rita's magic that is strong enough to cause solar eclipses so Class Y for them

Speed

As for speed, it is already accepted for MMPR to scale to this in-space feat due to the numerous crossovers they have so i dont know why some profiles are rated as MFTL+ while some others relativistic/FTL so that should be changed

now for god tiers im here to propose the immeasurable speed, will be a weird feat
so once Lokar gets defeated by the Ultrazord, he returns back to the Talos dimension

why that would be immeasurable speed? because the Talos Dimension contains different space-time compared to the main universe

now to answer the obvious question "Couldn't this be teleportation or dimensional travel?" surprisingly, no
one does not simply teleport to the Talos dimension, not even Lokar himself, very timing prep needs to be done also you need to find a certain sacrifice and then set up the portal-spell in a very certain place that will open for a few minutes at best

also combining the fact that he flew through the solar system once Rita summoned him there means that it confirms it being pure speed and not teleportation or anything so the rating gonna be the following
Immeasurable (Was able to travel to the Talos Dimension with sheer speed with it being a completely different space-time)

Alright some profiles need some notes

on every profile there should be the following note
"Notes: As Power Rangers as a verse is under massive revisions, should be noted that the profile should not be used in vs matches till the revisions end"

the morphin grid will also have the following note
"Notes: As the Morphin Grid has been incosistent until now in the Power Rangers franchise, anything that involves the Grid must be evaluated carefully"

oh and yes, every profile, that scales to MMPR, will change to whatever tier the MMPR are

if the large star-Uni/immeasurable speed stats get accepted, Mystic Force will scale, reasoning is simple, Octomus the master more or less embodies dark magic across all dimensions and is seen as the ruler of all dark magic so he would upscale

The Mystic Force Rangers scale to Octomus with willpower amps as already accepted

If I give my opinion, they should be option 1 possible, it's not really that there are contradictions or anything with the feats since it is known that later enemies can destroy the planet easily (One of the calcs even came out 5-A), it's not that it affects the levels too much either.
For my part a possible star level sounds good.
 
I agree with the abilities

As for ratings, 7-A hasn’t been approved (yet, at least), so I recommend going with Low 7-B

I heavily disagree with using the “controlling the Sun” feat in any AP related manner. Simply being able to “control the Sun” is far too vague of a statement to attribute a power level to. For all we know, it’s just weather related. So I’m against a “possibly” rating as well as a “likely higher” rating

I’ll comment on the other AP and speed stuff later

According to Mystic Mother, good magic is superior to dark magic and Rita says that despite knowing Lokar and his powers (They know each other for over 10 thousand years but at that point she is knowledgeable on all fields of magic across dimensions), also Octomus is seen as the main source of dark magic across all dimensions and all of dark magic seemingly comes to him as all evil creatures get their dark magic powers from him
